You will receive a warm welcome on entering the Achnashellach Bothy. The comfortable sitting room has an open log fire, there is Satellite TV and DVD player. It has a dining table to seat four. The kitchen is just off the sitting room with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The stairs are opposite the front door and leads you to an upper landing with the double bedroom with a kingsize bed, a small desk and cupboard on your left and a twin room with desk and cupboard on your right. The bathroom is behind the stairwell at the top of the landing, it is a small bathroom with a shower over the bath. The garden is at the front of the house and guests are asked to keep dogs on a lead at all times due to the wildlife that sometimes pops by!

With the same owners as Mackay Road (ref UK7451), this detached, three-bedroom holiday home was completed in spring 2018. It lies a short walk from the centre of the town, minutes from the recreation ground and close to the world renowned Royal Dornoch Golf Club and the sandy beaches. Walking, fishing, bird watching and other outdoor activities are all within easy reach. The house has a Smart TV with Sky+ and a good selection of books, games, cards and jigsaws for all ages. The enclosed garden is currently laid to lawn and the south facing terrace is equipped with barbecue, table and chairs. There is a large shed for the storage of golf bags, bicycles etc. The house is less than 5 minutes’ drive from both the golf club and the beach.
