Seapoint House is a superb end-terraced town house, set out over three floors and boasting fantastic views over Cleveleys promenade. Located in the very centre of the bustling and traditional seaside resort, you’ll find a good range of shops, cafés and restaurants are within easy walking distance, together with miles of beach complete with dog friendly sections. As you enter the property, you’ll find one bedroom which opens out onto the enclosed rear garden, as well as a shower room. The first floor comprises of a good-sized kitchen, and sociable living/dining room which opens onto the balcony, perfect for summer days overlooking the seafront. Finally on the second floor, you’ll find an additional three bedrooms, of which two benefit from stunning sea views, and a family bathroom with separate shower cubicle.

Cleveleys seafront is home to the Mythic Coast Artwork trail, where striking giant sculptures bring to life ’The Sea Swallow’ story. The vast beach is made up of sand and shingle, and you’ll find traditional past times of sandcastle building, and kite flying are as popular as ever. A few miles inland is the neighbouring village of Thornton, where you’ll find more shops, pubs and restaurants together with an 18th Century windmill and Wyre Estuary Country Park. The bright lights of Blackpool, Blackpool Pleasure Beach and Blackpool Tower are just 4 miles round the coast, and a few miles further you’ll reach the beautiful sandy beaches of St Annes and, wonderfully cosmopolitan, Lytham. Located within the extensive grounds of a larger estate this superb, single-level, detached property comes complete with hot tub and was beautifully renovated throughout in 2021. Boasting impressive, uninterrupted views to the front, it provides the perfect opportunity to relax at a country hideout, with both the convenience of nearby village amenities and the Fylde Coast within easy reach. Once inside you’ll find three good-sized, comfortable bedrooms and a spacious open plan living/dining area that opens up onto the stunning grounds. Outside you can enjoy relaxing in the hot tub and on the terrace whilst taking in the peaceful surroundings.
The small village of Elswick is set between the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the beautiful Fylde Coast. You’ll find two food serving pubs and an established ice cream parlour, all of which are around a 15-minute walk from the property. Further amenities can be found in the market towns of Kirkham and Poulton-Le-Fylde which are around a 15-minute drive and home to ample places to eat and drink, together with a vibrant nightlife.
The Fylde coastal resorts of Blackpool, Lytham, St Annes and Cleveleys can be reached in around a 20-minute drive and between them is much to see and do. In wonderfully cosmopolitan Lytham there is a variety of bars, cafés, boutique shops and restaurants, and in St Annes you will find a beautiful sandy beach with colourful beach huts. The area is internationally famous for golf and the towns also host various events throughout the year, including the Lytham Proms and St Annes Kite Festival. Blackpool needs little introduction with its many attractions including the famous tower, Madame Tussauds Waxworks, the Sealife Centre, Pleasure Beach and Blackpool Zoo. For a change of scenery the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which is much loved for its stunning countryside and picturesque villages, can be reached in about half an hour. An hour’s drive can take you to the Lake District or city centres of both Manchester and Liverpool. Beach 9½ miles.

Marrion House is set in the peaceful village of Overton, an historic fishing village, and 1 mile to Sunderland Point, surrounded by salt marshes between Lancaster and Morecambe. There are wonderful views of the Lancashire countryside and the Lake District fells in the distance.

In the village there is a family-run garden centre, a church and a pub which has lots going on for the whole family. Sunderland Point is set at the mouth of the River Lune on the southern shores of Morecambe Bay. It’s remote and secretive split of land allows the chance for nature to thrive, and thus, is a perfect spot for bird watching. The popular seaside resort of Morecambe hosts many attractions from picking up the freshly caught shrimp at the daily farmers market to afternoon tea’s on the seafront, there is lots to offer. There is an abundance of fun to be had for the family including bowling, cinema and arcade centres or why not try out the quirky cafés, pubs and cocktail bars along the sea front?
The property is just a 5-minute drive from the M6 motorway making it easily accessible to the south Lake District National Park and North Yorkshire. For golfers, Heysham Golf Club is just 2 miles away, and there are also courses at Morecambe, Lancaster, Kirkby Lonsdale and Silverdale. Beach 3 miles.

An interconnecting door between the two cottages means that they can either be enjoyed independently or as one larger holiday home. Situated down a private lane on the outskirts of the small village of Pilling, these properties are ideal for exploring the North West coast. Blackpool, Lytham St Annes, Fleetwood and Poulton-le-Fylde are all within a short drive. Alternatively, the Trough of Bowland, Lake District and Yorkshire Dales are all easily accessible by car.
