Sunningdale Cottage is a detached, single-storey bungalow with a large garden set close to the centre and seafront in Chapel St Leonards, and is just a short walk to the beach. It makes a great base for a family holiday and is situated on a popular stretch of the east coast between the seaside towns of Skegness and Mablethorpe. A seal sanctuary, Hardy’s Animal Farm and Fantasy Island, are all within a short drive. There are fishing lakes, golf, walks and cycle routes nearby. Beach ¼ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.

Brandon is a lovely family holiday home set just 100 yards from the seafront and the beach, in a residential area. Nearby, just 50 yards away, is a shop and café which also serves food. A stroll along the seafront takes you to Sutton-on-Sea about a mile away or you can continue all the way to Mablethorpe which is about another 2 miles along the promenade. For days out you could enjoy the fun of the traditional seaside amusements at Mablethorpe, catch the bus along the coast to Fantasy Island, Butlins or Skegness which has a fairground, amusements, cinema, aquarium, and fun for all the family to enjoy. During the breeding season a visit to Donna Nook is very popular, where you can see the seals, walk alongside the dunes and beach. Within walking distance of the property is the wonderful Grange Farm Park. Rosery is just a 300-yard walk from the beach with a park, play area and paddling pools on the way to the promenade. This will make the property very popular with families wanting to have that traditional seaside holiday. There is plenty of space for all the family, with an enclosed south-facing garden as well to enjoy.
A short stroll takes you into the centre of this popular, traditional resort with its fairground, amusements, seaside shops and supermarkets, as well as a range of restaurants, takeaways and pubs to enjoy meals and drinks out.
Donna Nook is a 15-minute drive north along the coast, and is worth visiting in the seal breeding season during the winter months where there are often around 2000 pups born. They are also frequently spotted along this stretch as you stroll along the beach.
You can catch the coastal bus which will take you for family days out at Butlin’s, Fantasy island or into Skegness, with its pier, where there is something for all the family to enjoy. Pub within 1 mile.
