    The well-equipped kitchen and large dining room is perfect for families to dine together in style. If you prefer to dine out, there are eateries just a short walk away. There are 4 bedrooms; 3 are located on the first floor, comprising two doubles, a bunk bedded room, and the family bathroom. On the second floor is a twin bedroom and a separate bathroom.
    The property lies just 300 yards from a glorious sandy beach. Mundesley is home to one of Norfolk’s best beaches and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The village centre has shops, cafés, a post office and pub. There is a 9-hole golf course and plenty of circular walks to enjoy. The lively seaside resorts of Cromer and Sheringham are close by. Explore Cromer, 7 miles, with its pier, golf course and town centre with shops, cafés and restaurants. Sheringham has an indoor swimming pool, shops and a market, and the North Norfolk Steam Railway, with trips to neighbouring coastal resorts and golf courses.
    Norwich city is within a 40-minute drive for excellent shopping malls, theatre, castle, museum, cafés and restaurants. The market town of north Walsham for shops, cafés, banks and supermarkets is a 15-minute drive away. Stow Mill is situated on the outskirts of Mundesley, built as a flour mill in 1826, it has been beautifully restored. Discover the famous Norfolk Broads with miles of inland waterways and rich in wildlife and bird life. Wroxham offers daily boat hire and river trips, as well as riverside cafés, restaurants and shops. Wroxham Barns, BeWILDerwood at Horning and Lenwade Dinosaur Park make great days out for children.     Three light, airy and very stylish apartments can be found in the heart of coastal Cromer at Sugar and Spice Tower. Set in a quiet residential area but just minutes from the beautiful beach and the bustling town centre, each has bags of charm and personality, while maintaining that luxury finish. They have been designed and furnished to create contemporary spaces perfect for relaxing, unwinding and planning great days out. Arranged across the ground floor, No.1 sleeps six in three king size bedrooms and is perfect for families and couples alike. This apartment also enjoys a parking space and a small Astro-turfed garden to the rear. No.2 is on the first floor and can accommodate up to eight guests as it has a lovely bunk room with two sets of bunk beds in, making this a great choice for larger families. The other two rooms are very flexible too as they can be made up as two small single beds or as king size beds. And No.3, on the second floor also sleeps six and offers two king size rooms, plus an additional bedroom which can be arranged as two small singles or a further king size. All three apartments offer spacious open-plan living/dining rooms with Smart TVs and well equipped kitchens. The owner really does want you to have a lovely stay and has provided everything needed for a really great holiday.
    If you can tear yourself away from these delightful retreats you will find yourself spoilt for choice when it comes to things to see and do. Take a stroll along the Edwardian Promenade, have a coffee on the famous pier and do a spot of people-watching or enjoy that glorious beach. Cromer also has a zoo, traditional seaside amusements, crazy golf and a cinema and offers a myriad of great places to shop, eat and drink with every taste catered for. But venture a little further and you will find dramatic coastlines, salt and clay marshes, picturesque quays, creeks and pretty little harbours all waiting to be explored.
    Those wishing to see the Norfolk Broads can find themselves there in around thirty minutes and the up-and-coming city break destination of Norwich is just 45 minutes away. You can even see both by train from Cromer station. Add in great golf courses, including some cliff top ones with views to die for, history galore with the Blickling and Holkham Estates and the Muckleburgh and Thursford Collections, the latter with its Christmas Spectacular and you’ll soon be ready to book again, just to fit it all in. When you do return, you will no doubt return to Sugar and Spice Tower because it is just lovely! And all three apartments can be booked together to accommodate up to 20 guests, while maintaining your own space making this a truly flexible destination.
