From the little harbour at Brancaster Staithe, take a boat trip and enjoy the views of the coastline and a stop off at Scolt Head Island, a bird sanctuary and nature reserve. For a change of pace, and less than half an hour’s drive away, head to the Victorian seaside town of Hunstanton, with its beach that seems to go on for ever, unusual striped cliffs towering over sixty feet high, and a Sea Life Centre, fun fair, indoor swimming pool, and a cliff-top golf course.
