The name Boroughbeck Cottage is named after the stream directly outside the property which runs through Helmsley. This semi-detached cottage has plenty of character with a large fireplace with a wood burner, exposed beams and offers a high-end holiday retreat whilst being ideally located to explore all that the North York Moors has to offer.
The property is set over two levels, you enter the property into the living room which is a lovely comfortable space where you can relax in front of the wood burner which will keep you warm on the colder evenings. On the same floor you have a well presented and well-equipped kitchen which has plenty of room for food preparation and dining space. A barn door then leads you into the garden which is a sun trap throughout the day. The garden is set on two levels and has two Indian stone patio areas, one of which has an electric awning where you can enjoy your breakfast in the sun and the second patio area has a reclaimed oak pergola with additional seating, perfect to enjoy a drink alfresco. On the second floor is the beautifully presented master bedroom with a wooden wardrobe, chest of drawers and a large Smart TV. The second bedroom also has a double bed and a chest of drawers which faces the front of the property looking out onto the stream. The third bedroom has a single bed with a chest of drawers. The bathroom has a lovely walk-in shower, wash basin, toilet and heated towel rail.

You can explore the stunning North York Moors National Park, which is full of bike trails and fantastic, scenic walks. Including the very popular Rievaulx Abbey.
