For walkers there are walking trails across the national park, including the Cleveland Way along the cliff tops, or Roseberry Topping which offers stunning panoramic views. If you are fascinated by history visit Guisborough Priory and Whitby Abbey, as well as museums including Staithes Heritage Museum, Whitby’s Captain Cook Museum and Hutton le Holes Folk Museum. On the moors there are many pretty rural villages to visit, or why not enjoy a trip on the steam train from Whitby to take in the scenery.
