Set in a unique position, in its own private grounds yards from the sea with uninterrupted views of the stunning Ceredigion coastline, Cledan is the perfect holiday home in which to relax and unwind to the sound of the waves.
An open plan living area with comfortable settees, a Smart TV, Wood burner style electric fire and Wi-Fi -a dining table and chairs and a luxury fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer,gas stove and microwave gives you all the comforts of home.
A special feature of the lodge are the 2 bedrooms one featuring a King size super luxury bed and a fully fitted en-suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower and toile. The second has two full size twin beds and en-suite luxury shower room and toilet.
Both bedrooms, in addition, have their own dressing room/closets.
The luxury accommodation continues outside where there is a large deck with glass panelling-superb for sheltering from the sea breezes whilst topping up your tan with outside furniture on which to enjoy the stunning views and savour the amazing sunsets.
Cledan’s lovely position set by a wooded area and on the bank of the river gives our guests the chance to see all sorts of wildlife, -many varieties of birds and also rabbits and squirrels plus the many sea birds and the red kites .

The Patch near Gwbert is a small sandy beach on the Teifi Estuary with a Site of Special Scientific Interest (flora) nearby. For seafarers, bird and marine life lovers boat trips leave from the pontoon on the beach (in season).

If you fancy adventuring out, there are a number of beaches only a short drive away, including Penbryn, Tresaith, Mwnt, Llangranog and Poppit Sands. There is a range of small, interesting shops, craft centres, pubs and restaurants.
