The historic walled town of Pembroke is just 3 miles away and features a magnificent Norman castle which is famous as the birthplace of Henry VII. The historic city of St Davids is within easy reach, and is renowned for its magnificent 12th-century cathedral and medieval ruins of the Bishops Palace. The beaches of Broad Haven, Little Haven and Newgale are close by, and for a truly unforgettable experience, take a boat trip to Skomer Island, a national nature reserve, to uncover all this area has to offer. Skomer is host to nearly half the world’s population of Manx Shearwaters that nest on the island. Puffins, grey seals and guillemots are all a regular sight.
