    This lovely cottage was built in 2019 and has been finished internally to a good standard by the owners who live next door. The semi-detached property comprises an L-shaped living room with a 36" TV, leading into the open plan kitchen/dining room. There is a single bedroom on the ground floor with a wet room and patio doors leading to the garden. Upstairs are two double bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with a shower over the bath. To the rear of the property is a garage which is great for putting your mountain bikes or kayaks in for storage.

    The property is nestled in the town of Talgarth which has plenty of pubs, restaurants and shops on the doorstep. It is just 9 miles from the town of Brecon, with its abundance of coffee shops and historic places to visit such as the Royal Welsh Museum and Brecon Cathedral. For the more adventurous why not take a walk up Pen y Fan, the highest peak in South Wales?

    The property is 8 miles from the literary town of Hay-on-Wye which holds the famous Hay Festival every year and has some lovely quaint book shops and patisseries. Cardiff and Swansea are roughly an hour’s drive from the property and offer fun-filled days out. Shop, pub and restaurant 100 yards.

    Llandrindod Wells, Wales
    This spacious, detached bungalow, accessed by a farm track, is a great size for those larger families, with a large kitchen/dining room, living room and conservatory. Nestled in the countryside just outside Howey, this property, set on a working farm, and is great for those wanting to explore the local area. The garden overlooks the fields of sheep, fabulous in the spring time as all the lambs will be jumping around the fields. The garden is enclosed, perfect for those wanting to bring their four legged friends (please note dogs must be on a lead at all times when walking across the land due to the livestock). There are footpaths running through the farm for guests to explore.
    The property is just 3 miles from Llandrindod Wells and Builth Wells, home to the Royal Welsh Showground which hosts many events throughout the year. Visit the lakes in Llandrindod Wells, walk around the park and enjoy the scenery. For those with children, Quackers Play Centre is only a couple of miles from the property, whilst the the National Cycle Museum in Llandrindod Wells is well worth a visit. For those wanting to go further afield, then the Elan Valley is approximately 10 miles away, where there are plenty of walks/cycle trails to explore, along with fabulous dams. There are golf courses in Llandrindod Wells and Builth Wells and horse riding is available within 10 miles from the villa. After all that exploring, come back to the property and relax in the hot tub with a glass of something special. Shop and restaurant 3 miles, pub 2 miles.

    This detached bungalow is set in the lovely village of Abbeycwmhir and is just a short drive from the larger towns of Llandrindod Wells and Rhayader which host an array of bars, shops and restaurants which guests will be able to enjoy. The area is a walker’s haven, boasting walks from the doorstep, with Glyndwr’s Way, Offa’s Dyke and Monks Trod nearby. Also very popular are mountain biking, with many forestry tracks to be enjoyed, in the nearby Coed Sarnau Forestry. The area is rich in wildlife, and visitors can experience the red kites feeding at the Kite Centre in Rhayader. Visit the Elan Valley, which has amazing dams and stunning scenery. Within half an hour is the Royal Welsh Showground at Builth Wells, or visit Llandrindod Wells, which has golf, a swimming pool, scenic lake and multiple cafes and restaurants.
    This detached Bungalow enjoys lovely views of the forestry to the front of the property. There is a large driveway with parking for multiple cars. Set all on one level, the kitchen has a breakfast bar and high stools alongside being well-equipped with all the necessities needed to cook a grand meal. The living room shares itself with the dining room and is a large living space with comfortable seating and even has Sky TV with Netflix and Now TV. In the evening, you can cosy up next to the wood burner. Coming back from a long hike, you can relax those tired muscles by enjoying a dip in the jacuzzi bath.
