    To the first floor there are three further bedrooms, The Partridge Room with mountain views, has a kingsize sleigh bed and en-suite with double ended roll top bath and a large walk-in rainfall shower. The Lord Grousemoor has a super kingsize bed, two armchairs and an en-suite with double ended roll top bath and rainfall shower. The Woodcock Room has a kingsize bed with an en-suite with a large walk-in rainfall shower. There is also a two-bedroom suite on the first floor: The Pheasant Suite consists of a twin room with views over the heather topped Welsh hills, with en-suite shower over the bath. The master suite with dual aspect windows and views over the hills and forest has a super kingsize zip and link bed. The Pheasant Suite also has its own living room and kitchen with ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge. All rooms have bathrobes, toiletries and mending kits provided. To the rear of the property is a large terrace with garden furniture and fabulous views over the Welsh countryside, two gas barbecues, two showers, three toilets and an outdoor sink.
    There is plenty to see and do in the area, the property is right on the Offa’s Dyke trail, so great for walkers or cyclists. There is also mountain biking in Coed Llandegla (One Planet), clay pigeon shooting at Fauxdegla, off road motor safari and white-water rafting. Llangollen is 9 miles from the property and offers a great day out to the Horseshoe Pass and falls, the castle ruins at Castell Dinas Bran has some stunning views from the top. Restaurant ¼ mile.
