There are two bedrooms on the ground floor with wheelchair access and ramp, Deer Room has a kingsize sleigh bed and is en-suite with walk-in shower and French doors overlooking Coed Llandegla and its rolling hills. The Hare Room has a super kingsize zip and link bed with two armchairs and is en-suite with bath and rainfall shower.
To the first floor there are three further bedrooms, The Partridge Room with mountain views, has a kingsize sleigh bed and en-suite with double ended roll top bath and a large walk-in rainfall shower. The Lord Grousemoor has a super kingsize bed, two armchairs and an en-suite with double ended roll top bath and rainfall shower. The Woodcock Room has a kingsize bed with an en-suite with a large walk-in rainfall shower. There is also a two-bedroom suite on the first floor: The Pheasant Suite consists of a twin room with views over the heather topped Welsh hills, with en-suite shower over the bath. The master suite with dual aspect windows and views over the hills and forest has a super kingsize zip and link bed. The Pheasant Suite also has its own living room and kitchen with ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge. All rooms have bathrobes, toiletries and mending kits provided. To the rear of the property is a large terrace with garden furniture and fabulous views over the Welsh countryside, two gas barbecues, two showers, three toilets and an outdoor sink.
There is plenty to see and do in the area, the property is right on the Offa’s Dyke trail, so great for walkers or cyclists. There is also mountain biking in Coed Llandegla (One Planet), clay pigeon shooting at Fauxdegla, off road motor safari and white-water rafting. Llangollen is 9 miles from the property and offers a great day out to the Horseshoe Pass and falls, the castle ruins at Castell Dinas Bran has some stunning views from the top. Restaurant ¼ mile.

The well-designed open living-style kitchen diner is the perfect place to cook up a family meal or enjoy a drink or two sitting around this island catching up on the events of the day. At the end of a long day head up to one of the four well-appointed bedrooms. One has a kingsize bed and an en-suite walk-in shower, with a further two doubles and a single - all with quality bedding for a good night’s sleep. The family bathroom features a bath with a shower over, a heated towel rail, a basin and a toilet. The hot tub is situated in the garden area and is not overlooked but still benefits from countryside views.
Setting off from the front door you can choose to walk the many countryside foot trails or perhaps a bike ride to visit the pretty village of Bangor-on-Dee. Here you can visit the beautiful church, look at the horse race venue or pop into one of the local pubs for a drink by the River Dee or maybe ride to the village of Holt to view one of the last Roman bridges and have a coffee at one of the lovely local cafes offering fresh coffee and homemade cake - the choice is yours.
