South Stack Nature Reserve nearby is great for birdwatching or walking. Coastal path highlights include Holyhead Mountain, South Stack lighthouse and sea cliffs, arches at Bwa Gwyn, Rhoscolyn, Carmel Point, Porth Wen, Llanddwyn Island, Menai Suspension Bridge, Britannia Bridge, Church in the sea at Aberffraw, Menai Bridge churches, Cemlyn nature reserve, Penmon Point and Priory.
On the way, you can expect to see, porpoises, seals, birds of prey and springtime wildflowers. Pull on that wetsuit and try your hand at canoeing, kayaking, paddle-boarding, coasteering, sailing, surfing, or take to the waves for some longboarding or kitesurfing action.
