Kitchen/dining room: With electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included during winter season only. Travel cot and highchair. Welcome pack and doggy extras. Enclosed garden with decking, covered seating area, garden furniture and barbecue. Electric car charging point. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. . Just a short walk from the harbour, this delightful, traditional, stone-built holiday cottage is situated in the historic and picturesque fishing village of Boscastle. End of a terrace of three, it has a bright, warm and cosy feel to it boasting a sun room with feature picture window and bespoke dog bed for your furry friends. Outside is a covered seating area, large deck and garden overlooking the Jordan Valley and countryside beyond. Breathtaking coastal walks are within a few hundred yards and the village, with its shops, restaurants and pubs, a short stroll away. Perfectly positioned to explore this stunning part of Cornwall. King Arthur’s Tintagel, Padstow, Wadebridge, Bodmin Moor and the Camel Trail, as well as beautiful sandy beaches, are all nearby. Shops and pub 400 yards.

Initial fuel provided during winter season, further logs available locally. Dog welcome basket provided with treats and supplies and bespoke, oak dog bed. Guest welcome pack provided including milk, local cider and Cornish biscuits. We also provide a small supply of tea, coffee, dishwasher and washing tablets, and toilet roll.
