The three miles of golden sand that extend from the Hayle Estuary to the Gwithian Towans and Godrevy Point are what make Hayle famous. With a sandy beach right outside your door and plenty of beach cafes, restaurants, ice cream shops, and supermarkets, Hayle makes a perfect home base. The well-known Philps Pasty shop is also located there. You can either drive there in a short time or cross the dunes on foot. From St Erth Station, you can go by scenic train to St Ives, where there are art galleries, cafés, and beaches. Myrtle Cottage is a great option for a special getaway in Cornwall.
