Seagreen Lodge is a tastefully decorated three bedroom lodge with a deck area leading down to a lawn, and a first floor balcony from the master bedroom. On the ground floor the open plan living space is warm and flooded with light from the patio doors leading out of the living area. There is a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for whipping up a holiday feast and a dining table to comfortably seat six, gather together and plan the next days adventure. Also on the ground floor are two of the bedrooms, one double and one twin, along with a delightful bathroom with nautical touches. The lodge is tucked away in the most secluded position with great uninterrupted sea views across fields from the sun deck, living area, and the master bedroom and balcony upstairs. These views stretch from Gull Rock and Nare Head to the East all the way around to the Southwest.
Set on the idyllic Trewince Manor Estate and located close to the harbour village of Portscatho. This beautiful estate has a creek on one side and the stunning Roseland coastline within an easy walk of the other. Trewince has a range of facilities including wonderful, expansive grounds. There is also an indoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and small gym for guests to use at no charge but which need to be booked at Reception. There is also a slipway (available for a fee) for the launching of boats by direct arrangement with Trewince Estate. The walks available from the Estate lead to the spectacular coastal footpath around the creeks and cliffs of the St Anthony headland.
Portscatho and its neighbouring village of Gerrans are located on the eastern coast of the Roseland Peninsula, Cornwall, overlooking the dramatic Gerrans Bay. A truly peaceful waterside village, Portscatho is a lovely place for a holiday. The beaches such as Porthcurnick and Towan are simply idyllic, and these are only minutes from the village. With a superb local butcher, two great little pubs and a well-stocked local store, Portscatho and Gerrans are a lovely place to spend a holiday. Beach ¾ mile.

Nestled in the idyllic countryside is No Place. This charming three-bedroom thatched cottage offers a serene and picturesque retreat for up to six adults. Thought to be the most westerly thatched cottage in England and originally built as a traditional Cornish long house, the cottage exudes history and character while seamlessly integrating modern comforts.
As you step inside, the warmth of a crackling wood burner welcomes you into a cosy living area. The perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring, the living space invites you to relax with a book or enjoy intimate conversations with loved ones. There is so much to do here, the summerhouse in the garden is ideal for taking shelter from the winds, allowing you to enjoy the rugged landscape, or you can wander around the extensive gardens. The cottage boasts lush lawns, established shrubs and colourful blooms that create a picturesque backdrop. The roof terrace offers breath-taking views of the surrounding landscape, and for those looking to bask in the sun or enjoy a refreshing dip, a swimming pool beckons, whilst a hot tub offers a luxurious soak under the starlit sky. These outdoor amenities provide the perfect blend of relaxation and recreation, ensuring every moment spent outdoors is a memorable one. During the day why not burn off some energy with a game of table tennis, whilst the younger children play hide and seek in the garden.
The nearest beach is Sennen, approximately 20-minutes walk away (I mile), a large sandy beach surrounded by sand dunes, boasting two surf schools. There are two cafes and a pub in Sennen Cove (cafes open summer season only). No Place is well situated for amazing walking and hiking - it’s just a few minutes from the Cornish coastal path. Whilst you are here it is also worth travelling 15 minutes to Porthcurno, a superb beach and a fantastic area to explore. It is home to the Minack Theatre, an open-air theatre constructed on a granite outcrop jutting into the sea.

With an array of gorgeous sandy beaches close by (closest is Perranporth Beach), sea views and located in a quiet position, this is one of the most requested lodges. On-site you not only have a swimming pool but also a bar and restaurant, adventure playground and a skate park, all within a short walk but not impeding on the tranquillity of your location. Previous guests have wished it was their own private best-kept secret!
Leading through patio doors from the main living area, unwind on your terrace, simply hit the bubbles button and relax in your own private hot tub while enjoying the great rural and sea views boasted in the background. Whether you choose to dine inside or out, the fully equipped kitchen is ready for any chef to whip up a feast. The double bedroom ensures a comfortable night’s rest, with the additional option of a twin room.
With the vibrant town of Newquay, just a few miles away, and the village of Goonhavern nearby for day-to-day supplies, you have a multitude of options for dining out and exploring the other many local Cornish villages. With both cycling and walking paths available, which many visitors come from far and wide to enjoy, you will find that whatever your ideal Cornish holiday looks like, you can experience it here. If you are worried about missing out on golf fear not! Perranporth Golf Course is very closely located to the site. For a water-fuelled adrenaline rush, have a go at surfing - you know you want to! More sedate water sports include paddle boarding, boat trips and kayaking, which are all available close by. Whatever floats your boat, you will find it in this wonderful holiday destination. Whether you are coming as a couple or a family, you are bound to want to return.

Atlantic Reach is a modern house with communal lawned areas to two sides. The open plan ground floor has a good sized living area leading to a well-equipped kitchen/dining area. Atlantic Reach itself offers plenty of fun activities including play areas, a public swimming pool, tennis courts and family restaurant. There are a number of car parks on the site, with the nearest one only a short walk from the house.
The seaside town of Newquay is within 5 miles and has a number of sandy beaches, a golf course, a wide range of high street and local shops, as well as supermarkets and a number of pubs and restaurants. Only a short drive away from Atlantic Reach is the main A30 that gives easy access to the rest of what Cornwall has to offer.

Hampton House is now available for booking in 2023. This stunning house, with accessed via an electric gate, benefits from parking for six cars, security cameras, air conditioning and has a fast Wi-Fi speed covering the entirety of the property including outside.
The large farmhouse kitchen has all the necessary appliances required for your holiday and the whole property is integrated with a Sonos music system, which includes a connection to the outside space. There is a laundry room with two washing machines and two tumble dryers along with a butler sink. You also have an office space if you have the unfortunate dilemma of having to work whilst on holiday. A games room with a pool table and a darts board is fun for all the family. The formal living room with a cosy fireplace, is perfect for a relaxing evening, but should you wish to dine formally, then you can do so in a separately in a lovely room which seats up to eight people. There is a tranquil Pebble room with bi-folding doors that leads out to the indoor-outdoor area with a kitchen, BBQ area with an outdoor fireplace, a hidden drop-down Smart TV with steps sinking into the heated pool. The stunning pool area is complemented with loungers resting in shallow water attached to the pool. There is a hot tub area and gazebo with outdoor sofas and plenty of seating for comfort and outside dining.
From the spacious entrance is a grand staircase leading to the four bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own wing of the house, whilst three of the bedrooms can be provided with a travel cot. All bedrooms in Hampton House are furnished to a very high standard with en-suites and air conditioning.
There is a separate lodge with a kingsize bedroom and gorgeous en-suite, along with a kitchenette area making this a great space for a couple who wants to be separate from the rest of the gang!

For the more active, there’s surfing at Bigbury or visit Haldon Forest, with its cycle and nature trails and Go Ape! For the children, Torbay is easily reached, with Paignton Zoo and Living Coasts.

The wild beauty of Dartmoor is 20 minutes away with its abundance of wildlife and dramatic landscapes. Numerous National Trust properties are close by including Agatha Christie’s Greenway. Steam trains travel from Kingswear to Paignton and Totnes to Buckfastleigh. Visit historic Dartmouth with bustling boat harbour, castle, contemporary art galleries and boutiques. Salcombe with its beaches, sailing and watersports is also easily accessible, as well as Blackpool Sands, Slapton and picturesque Dittisham with its annual crab catching competition. Slightly further afield, East Cornwall and the Eden Project are within an hour’s drive, and the East Devon coast is easily accessible with its unique fishing port at Beer and beaches at Sidmouth and Branscombe. Criccieth and Harlech, a short drive away where you’ll find the historic castles of the area. This area has miles of unspoilt coastal paths to explore, look out for the grey seal colonies that are established around the coastline, alongside a wealth of sea birds. No matter your interests from golfing, fishing and adventure sports to nature and history, the diverse Llyn Peninsula has everything to offer. High Park House is the perfect venue for a large family holiday or group reunions/getaways. Built in 1845 High Park House features on the ground floor two living rooms with cosy wood burners and smart TVs, a formal dining room, a large kitchen/diner perfect for creating holiday feasts. There’s also a utility room, a handy separate toilet and a boot room. And for some family fun there’s a games room with a pool table. Up on the first floor are seven bedrooms with five en-suites, to comfortably sleep sixteen guests. High Park House offers easy access to beaches, moors, golf courses, children friendly fun parks, and many other recreational activities. Bideford is the second largest town in North Devon with plenty to see and do including a lovely river front and port. The Southwest Coastal Path is a must for keen walkers and runners, as is the popular Tarka Trail, which stretches for c.180 miles and can be accessed locally. Swimming, surfing, canoeing and entertainment for all the family plus fishing are all close by. For a day with a difference why not take a trip across to Lundy Island? With regular trips from Bideford, measuring just 3 miles by ¾ mile, this entire island has been designated a Site of Special Scientific Interest.
Westward Ho!, the nearest seaside village offers an array of seaside amenities including some fascinating curiosity shops, restaurants and cafes. Within easy reach are two popular top attractions, The Big Sheep amusement farm park and The Ultimate Adventure Centre! Being very close to the A39 Atlantic Highway, the property is conveniently located for day trips to other beautiful places such as Exmoor National Park with stunning dark skies for great star gazing and locations such as Clovelly, Hartland and North Cornwall. This family-friendly farm is the perfect choice if you are looking for a rural retreat just minutes from the seaside. Set on a 120-acre, family-run working farm, these two lovely cottages (Goose Cottage ref UKC2676 and Barn Cottage ref UKC2682), offer comfortable and welcoming accommodation. Located just ¾ mile from Widemouth Bay, one of the most spectacular stretches of coastline in north Cornwall, there is something here to suit guests of all ages. You could even book both of the properties together for extended family or friends.
The larger cottage, Goose Cottage is a charming barn conversion and boast lovely views of the surrounding rural landscape. With spacious open plan living space, it is ideal for enjoyable gatherings of families or friends. Barn Cottage offers a first floor living room, complete with doors which open onto a small decked balcony where guests can admire the magnificent views across rolling fields and out to the sea. Both properties enjoy shared access to the range of facilities found on-site, including a tennis court and a children’s outdoor play area with slides, swings and a climbing wall. Why not take a dip in the heated outdoor swimming pool, or challenge friends and family to the variety of games found in the small indoor games barn including table tennis, air hockey and a small pool table. Friendly chickens, ducks and geese roam the courtyard, and the tame peacock may pay you a visit to your door. There is a woodland walk to the rear, and a 20-minute walk on a footpath across the fields to the front will take you across sheep grazed meadows to Widemouth Bay.
Widemouth Bay is an extremely popular holiday destination and is world famous for surfing. It has far reaching, exceptional sandy beaches, and provides miles of coastal paths for enthusiastic walkers. The well loved tourist town of Bude is just 3 miles further up the coast. The town offers an indoor swimming pool, shops, restaurants, horse riding, a golf course and tenpin bowling. For the keen walker there are many opportunities both along the south west coastal path route, which runs the entire coastline of Cornwall and offers stunning cliff walks, and on nearby Bodmin Moor. Head Brewers House (formerly known as Merrilodge), the former home of George Bateman and family as well as the Head Brewer’s house. This lovely family house has a swimming pool in the large garden with an entertaining area to the side, perfect for al fresco dining. Spacious accommodation awaits you with two large living rooms. Refurbished in 2021 to provide holiday accommodation, this is one of five properties available at the Brewery to enjoy. As well as its own large lawned garden and swimming pool guests can also enjoy the large shared garden adjacent to the Brewery Windmill which runs alongside the River Steeping where you can also fish from the bank. Discounted Brewery tours are available, which include sampling and the small market town of Wainfleet has a good range of shops, pubs, takeaways and a railway station a short walk away for days out.
