To add that extra touch of luxury, guests are provided with a premium welcome pack which includes a bottle of Prosecco, a selection of Tassimo coffee pods, a ‘treat’ and for all adult guests, a towelling robe and slippers.
To offer guests maximum comfort the four bedrooms comprise three with kingsize beds and one with single bunk beds. Bedding is of high quality with 5* hotel style duvets and 180 thread count sheets for a relaxing night’s sleep. Two of the bedrooms offer direct access out to the garden and patio area. The open plan living/dining room is very spacious and benefits from vaulted ceilings. In the living area, with industrial style décor, the large double height window and patio door offers unique views and access into the garden. With the benefit of a wood burner, whether it be day or night, summer or winter, everyone can come together and enjoy quality time. The dining area has table seating for eight guests. To the rear of the bungalow the large conservatory has underfloor heating, deep-filled, comfy sofas and a 42" Smart TV which provides an additional space for relaxation. This room enjoys views over th garden, hot tub and countryside beyond.
Tamarisk offers a well-attended garden with mature borders and lawned area. A large patio also leads down from the open plan living area and there is also an undercover dining area where you can enjoy an early morning breakfast or an alfresco evening meal no matter what the weather! The hot tub sits to one side and is raised slightly to provide you with far reaching views, just perfect for a relaxing soak after a day exploring the local area.
A gentle stroll will bring you to the local village pub where you can mix with the locals whilst enjoying a relaxing drink. A little further afield is the historic walled City of York which offers over two thousand years of history and the cathedral town of Selby. The stunning East Riding coastline is also just under an hour’s drive away. Tamarisk is the perfect holiday home for your family gathering and will be perfect no matter what the time of year.

Carr House farmhouse is set on a working farm, but only minutes away from the attractions of Scarborough and only 1½ miles from the well known surfing beach at Cayton Bay, which also welcomes dog walkers throughout the year. Visitors of all ages will enjoy the large landscaped gardens with a summerhouse, apple trees and barbecue, with a perimeter fence making it ideal for both children and pets. This detached farmhouse is ideal for touring the North Yorkshire coast, from Whitby in the north to Bridlington in the south. A short journey inland takes you to the North York Moors, ’Heartbeat’ Country and Pickering for the steam railway, whilst York for its historic attractions is less than an hour away.

For activities nearby there is Dalby Forest for cycling and tree climbing, Wykeham Lakes for fishing, or the many beaches which offer the chance to just relax, sail, surf, sunbathe, paddle, and build sandcastles. Scarborough is a vibrant seaside resort with lots of family attractions, such as the waterpark, Sealife Centre and crazy golf, as well as a funfair, ice-cream parlours, amusements, and donkey rides. It also boasts superb live entertainment at the Open Air Theatre, with major acts booked each summer, and shows at the Scarborough Spa and the renowned Stephen Joseph Theatre. Beach 2 miles. Further afield, take a trip to the beautiful west coast and the Isle of Skye or a day trip to the Orkney Islands is well worth the effort. This glorious barn conversion has been meticulously designed and restored to create a luxurious holiday some for families and friends to enjoy. The Owl Barn is in a secluded spot, at a Hobby Farm within the owner’s grounds, there are chickens, turkey’s and ducks on site – Children are welcome to help with egg collection. Up to two well behaved dogs (kept on leads) are welcome (more dogs can be agreed with the owner before booking) and there are also dog kennels provided adjacent to the property in a shady spot, if you wish to go out for the day, sole use for Owl Barn guests. An enclosed horse paddock is also available for dogs to run free, horses accepted by request and private arrangement. Perfect for nature lovers, the owner offers access to a tranquil private nature walk within their grounds. Where you can enjoy the local nature. There is a pond and river at the end of the grounds, so please pay attention to warning signs and always supervise children and dogs. There are owl boxes in the trees with fitted cameras, which you will soon be able to view.
Conveniently placed, in the Norfolk village – Saham Toney, next door to an 18 hole Golf course and within a 5-minute drive to Watton, for all essential shops. Local pub within 1 mile. If you would like to explore the local area, Thetford Forest for high lodge forest adventure, Go Ape high ropes course and lots of great cycling and walking routes are just a 30-minute drive. Or take a trip to the stunning North Norfolk Coast and visit the long stretches of sandy beaches in traditional seaside towns, located within an hour’s drive. Norwich – a fine city, is well worth a visit. Offering something for everyone, with an abundance of independent and high street shops and restaurants, nestled within modern and medieval architecture and just a 40-minute drive.

Situated in a peaceful location, Cwm Hyfryd is aptly name as it translates to ’delightful valley’. Step outside and you have a garden to enjoy, simply discover the many lanes and footpaths nearby. The small village of Cross Inn offers a pub and a village store. The nearest pretty secluded cove and beach at Cwmtydu can be reached within 3 miles, renowned for legends of smugglers and pirates, and where today, seals come to have their pups in early autumn. The unspoilt Ceredigion Coastal Path takes you over cliffs and through ancient woodland. The paths offer excellent walking opportunities and connect all the local beaches, many of which are dog friendly all year round if you are bringing your four-legged friend.
Delightful New Quay is also 2¼ miles away with its picturesque houses, pubs and restaurants. The town clings to the side of the hills rising above the blue waters of Cardigan Bay. It’s easy to understand why this area was such an inspiration to poet Dylan Thomas when he lived here. Often bottlenose dolphins can be spotted, and in season, dolphin survey boat trips are available from the sheltered harbour, or you can just enjoy the sandy beach, have an ice cream or fish and chips and watch the boats bobbing about.
Visit the colourful Georgian harbour town of Aberaeron, the ancient town of Cardigan with its castle, or Aberystwyth with its promenade and pier, home to the world’s longest working electric cliff railway.

The barn is situated in the grounds of a small farm, and is an ideal holiday base close to the mountains of Snowdonia. Tan Rallt Barn has plenty of space for eight people and can accommodate climbing and walking groups coming into the Snowdonia National Park. It’s a great location for outdoor enthusiasts being close to the Ogwen Valley and Zip World - the longest zipwire in the northern hemisphere, and just a short drive from Llanberis and Snowdon, with its famous mountain railway. You’ll find Penrhyn Castle (NT) just down the road, whilst Caernarfon, with its impressive castle, the Isle of Anglesey with 125 miles of coastline, Capel Curig and Betws-y-Coed are all close by. The GreenWood Forest Park at Y Felinheli, Yr Hwylfan (The Fun Centre) at Caernarfon and Electric Mountain at Llanberis are all well worth a visit. Shop 0.5 miles, pub and restaurant 3 miles. Lower Ledge Farm consists of four lovingly furnished barn conversions (two of which are holiday homes), nestled in the lovely rural village of Doynton, just on the outskirts of Bath and on the doorstep to the Cotswolds.

These two semi-detached cottages have been renovated to a high standard, and designed with guest’s comfort in mind. Tull is conveniently all on the ground floor, with accommodation set over four bedrooms, all of which have their own en-suite, making this an ideal choice for the less mobile and those who prefer a little more privacy. Budding also has three bedrooms downstairs, two with their own en-suite, and a bedroom and en-suite upstairs.

These properties are a perfect base for families or groups wanting to discover Bath, Somerset, and the Cotswolds, conveniently situated just 5 minutes from the M4. The World Heritage city of Bath is only 8 miles away, a city with a story to tell. Enveloped in the hills of south west England, it has its own unmistakable identity, grounded in the roots from centuries past and carved out since by passionate locals and spirited fans.

Tetbury and Castle Combe are around 25 minutes away, where you can enjoy a spot of lunch in some of their wonderful traditional English pubs, followed by a walk around the beautiful Cotswold villages dotted around the area. Stone Henge, Amesbury and Avebury can all be reached within an hour’s drive, and are sure to make for fun filled days out. Pack a picnic and head to Glastonbury, Wells or Cheddar, all within a 40-minute drive and offering wonderful places to explore and discover. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.

Enjoying wonderful views across the Caledonian Canal to Ben Nevis, the Aonach Mor ski range and Glen Nevis, this bright and spacious detached bungalow is situated on a working croft in one of the most spectacular parts of the Highlands. There is a wealth of activities in the area, including skiing, climbing, hill walking, mountain biking, sailing, fishing and golf. Although rural the property is not isolated; the local shop is ¾ mile and pub and restaurant are a short walk away. During the summer the West Highland steam train, as seen in Harry Potter Films, passes close by enroute to Mallaig, where ferries depart for Skye and the small isles. Fort William, ‘the outdoor capital of the Highlands’ is just 4 miles away. It boasts a variety of excellent facilities, including swimming pool, and restaurants. The property makes an ideal base for touring the numerous places of interest in the region, including Glencoe, Loch Ness and the beautiful unspoilt Ardnamurchan Peninsula. The Pink House is a luxurious holiday home, renovated in 2020 and set within Branscombe, which is one of the prettiest villages on the East Devon coast, with a cluster of thatched and stone cottages nestled alongside a narrow lane at the bottom of a wooded valley. Less than a 10 minute easy walk to the beach, boasting a private hot tub, underfloor heating downstairs and four en-suite bedrooms, The Pink House is the ultimate luxurious coastal retreat boasting homeliness and charm which can be felt upon approaching the property, and this continues to the inside.
On entering, guests will love the contemporary open plan living, dining and kitchen areas which are spacious and full of light with a set of bi-fold doors opening out into the garden. The kitchen has everything you need including a Rangemaster electric oven with an induction hob, a built-in microwave, American fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. The dining area is a great space to enjoy a family meal and after a fun-filled day exploring East Devon, you can kick back on the plush sofas in the living area, relax in front of the wood burner and the watch your favourite movie on the Smart TV with a Sonos sound system. If you don’t feel like cooking, then why not dine in the popular Masons Arms pub next door which serves delicious meals? Stepping outside the property, there is plenty of outdoor seating, a private 5-seater hot tub and a utility room which has a washing machine and sink.
The first of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor with a kingsize zip and link bed which can be split into 2ft6 single beds on request at the time of booking. Branscombe boasts a beautiful pebbly beach which is a natural sun trap, and a beautiful coastal path on the Jurassic Coast, just waiting to be explored. The one hour cliffside walk from Branscombe to the quintessential fishing village of Beer is a particular highlight with breathtaking scenery and ocean views. You can explore Heritage coast footpaths from Branscombe and Sidmouth in one direction and Lyme Regis and Seaton in the other. Enjoy freshly caught fish and chips and an ice cream whilst searching for fossils along the Jurassic Coast. The Regency seaside town of Sidmouth is just three miles away where you’ll find a great range of attractions and activities, including a visit to the Sidmouth Donkey Sanctuary. For the little ones, the World of Country Life, Crealy Adventure Park, Beer Quarry Caves, Bicton Gardens and Pecorama are all within a short drive.
