Designed to make the most of the stunning countryside views you enter the property via the bedroom on the ground floor with the sociable open plan living space on the floor above benefitting from vaulted ceilings. The bedroom boasts a sumptuous kingsize bed and an indulgent sunken bath perfect for a relaxing soak after a day exploring the great outdoors. The en-suite arrangement also features a beautiful walk-in shower for a morning revival, a steep oak staircase takes you to the first floor where there’s a wonderful sense of space with the high vaulted ceiling and a beautiful mix of colours and furnishings. Outside there’s a private orchard with both seating and a fire pit perfect for enjoying an evening glass of wine, and with no nearby busy roads, you’ll be guaranteed to truly unwind.
The location is ideal for walkers of all abilities with the Sandstone Trail a mere stone’s throw from the property together with other local footpaths including the Eddisbury Way. A nearby country house hotel can be reached in around a 5-minute walk for a special evening meal, or for something a bit more casual a good food serving pub is around a 20-minute walk.
Willington is also home to an established riding centre where you can enjoy lessons or escorted hacks. Tarporley itself is less than 3 miles and is home to an array of characterful pubs, restaurants, and shops. Bike rides can be enjoyed through the woodland and around the lakes in Delamere Forest which is just a 15-minute drive as is the incredibly popular Oulton Park Race Circuit where you can buy driving experiences and race event tickets.
The castles of Beeston, Cholmondeley, Bolesworth and Peckforton can all be reached in 15–25 minutes and the historic city of Chester in half an hour. Chester offers a wide choice of high street shops, restaurants, cafés, and bars together with many attractions including the famous city walls, The Rows, cathedral and river cruises. There’s also Chester Zoo, Chester Racecourse, and the Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet. Finally, the stunning Welsh mountains and coastline together with the many market towns and villages of both Cheshire and Shropshire that are all easily accessible, this luxurious little home truly has it all to keep people of all ages entertained.

Langley is a quiet village close to Macclesfield, with picturesque rows of mill workers’ cottages surrounded by spectacular countryside. Several small reservoirs, attractive woodland and ancient packhorse routes characterise the area, with good walks in Macclesfield Forest, up the peak of Shutlingsloe and across to Tegg’s Nose Country Park. This is also a convenient place to stay to explore the attractions of the northwest - Jodrell Bank Observatory, the vibrant cities of Manchester, Chester and Liverpool. Historic houses such as Gawsworth Hall with its summer open air theatre, Little Moreton Hall and Styal Mill.

This luxurious detached cottage is set in the heart of the village of Neston, on the Wirral Peninsula. If you’re wanting to explore the area a great day is to be had at RSPB Burton Mere Wetlands with great walks and plenty of bird life to be seen. Neston has an abundance of shops, coffee shops and restaurants.
For those looking for a city break this property is 12 miles from the city of Chester with its many shops, bars and restaurants not to mention Chester Zoo. Spring Cottage is also just over 11 miles to the city of Liverpool with its Royal Albert Dock and the legendary Cavern Club. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

Brackenwood is a distinguished and spacious, six-bedroomed period house with a separate two-bedroom cottage annexe, located on the beautiful Wirral Peninsula. In a prominent elevated position, it borders extensive areas of natural beauty with direct access to the beautiful woodlands of Caldy Hill. Offering far-reaching views, the property is detached and gated with CCTV making it private and secure. Filled with as much history as it has character and charm, it offers flexible and usable accommodation. The main house covers three levels, is beautifully presented, and luxuriously modernised to match the needs of today’s living. Upon entering via the original period front door, the grand entrance hall opens to a spacious sitting room where there’s a Fendi chaise lounge, comfy sofas, Smart TV, parquet flooring and beautiful Persian rugs. Next door is a spacious bedroom with a super kingsize bed and an elegant oak desk. The impressive underfloor heated kitchen/diner is based around a quartz top centre island and is a foodie’s dream. There are three inbuilt fridges (including a bespoke drinks fridge), plus a large larder freezer - perfect for entertaining. The AEG ovens and microwave are at eye level and self-cleaning; there’s a Nespresso coffee machine and an Alexa. The large dining table and soft seating space is flooded with natural light thanks to huge bi-fold doors, and the utility houses a Miele washing machine and tumble dryer. Finally there’s a downstairs toilet.
On the first floor is the master suite with super kingsize bed, sofa seating and TV. It has a vast en-suite with stand-alone bath and power shower. There are three further double bedrooms, of which one is en-suite, and the main family bathroom. The second floor boasts another luxurious bedroom with sky lights and en-suite facilities, and many of the bedrooms can be offered as twin upon request. All beds have pocket sprung luxury mattresses with 200-thread-count cotton linen, and duvets and pillows are ethically sourced goose/duck down.

There’s a delightful putting green designed by the Head Greenkeeper at Royal Liverpool Golf Club, that meanders down to a secluded fish pond, and the rear gardens enjoy a swing set for children and can be enclosed for both children and pets.
Brackenwood resides in a hugely popular location in the prestigious village of Caldy, a mere mile from the many attractions and services of West Kirby, including a fabulous array of beaches. West Kirby boasts the historic Hilbre Islands, the stunning Marine Lake and numerous boutique shops, restaurants and bars. The Wirral has an excellent range of leisure pursuits within its vicinity including sailing on the Dee Estuary, golf at the Royal Liverpool Golf Club and horse racing at Chester and Aintree. The cities of Liverpool and Chester provide a metropolitan range of shopping, restaurants and nightlife. The shepherd’s hut is accessed via a rough track and is set on a working farm shared by wildlife including badgers, foxes, hedgehogs and bats, as well as many different sorts of birds so there’s always something going on. There is an on-site tea room open from March to October (Thursday–Sunday) and specialises in Cheshire-based produce, but also has a Caribbean influence. It’s fully licensed so expect bacon rolls and home made cake together with the odd cocktail!
If you can bear to venture out, Wilmslow centre is around a 15-minute walk and is a shoppers’ paradise with designer boutiques and upmarket interior designers, as well as chic charity shops and a department store. Foodies won’t be disappointed with lots of places to eat and drink and there’s even an independent boutique cinema and small theatre. You can take a stroll through the picturesque Carrs Park in the heart of the town centre, or by the River Bollin towards Styal Village and National Trust Quarry Bank Mill.
