Next door is a spacious bedroom with a super kingsize bed and an elegant oak desk. The impressive underfloor heated kitchen/diner is based around a quartz top centre island and is a foodie’s dream. There are three inbuilt fridges (including a bespoke drinks fridge), plus a large larder freezer - perfect for entertaining. The AEG ovens and microwave are at eye level and self-cleaning; there’s a Nespresso coffee machine and an Alexa. The second floor boasts another luxurious bedroom with sky lights and en-suite facilities, and many of the bedrooms can be offered as twin upon request. All beds have pocket sprung luxury mattresses with 200-thread-count cotton linen, and duvets and pillows are ethically sourced goose/duck down.
    The luxurious two-bedroom cottage was newly converted in 2023 and sleeps four guests in two double bedrooms. Finished to a high specification throughout, it includes a luxury bathroom with walk-in shower. The showroom kitchen is fully equipped making it completely self-contained; it’s modern, elegant, and comfortable.
    The extensive landscaped grounds are equally impressive and offer the ultimate outdoor experience. The spacious sun terrace overlooks the Wirral Peninsula and includes a hot tub, sauna, outdoor ping pong and XL gas BBQ and grill.     Brackenwood resides in a hugely popular location in the prestigious village of Caldy, a mere mile from the many attractions and services of West Kirby, including a fabulous array of beaches. West Kirby boasts the historic Hilbre Islands, the stunning Marine Lake and numerous boutique shops, restaurants and bars.
