    Trefechan is a lovely, detached bungalow set a mile back from the local village of Pumpsaint. A great place to base yourself to explore the local countryside. It has a large, enclosed lawned garden for those bringing their dogs, there is also a field in which the dogs can run around. This property comprises of a large open plan living and dining room with views over the open countryside, a well-equipped kitchen and two bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed and the other with two single beds. It has a bathroom with a shower over the bath. In the garden there is a private hot tub which overlooks the countryside.
    The property is 6 miles from the town of Lampeter which has an abundance of shops, coffee shops and restaurants. There are plenty of activities in the area such as horse riding, taking a walk in Cae Hir Gardens and a must see is a visit to the Welsh Quilt Centre. Less than a mile from the property is the Dolaucothi Gold Mines and a great day out is to be had here. The town of Llandeilo is 12 miles away, which hosts many festivals such as the jazz and gin festivals, the town is full of boutique shops and restaurants. The award-winning Nation Show Caves for Wales are 20 miles from the property, a fabulous place to keep children and adults alike entertained for the whole day.
