    The property is situated on a 35-acre smallholding with sheep, horses, chickens and ducks, close to Canworthy Water in the heart of rural Cornwall, and just a short drive from some superb coastal towns and beaches such as Bude and Crackington Haven. The pretty villages of Padstow, where the renowned chef Rick Stein boasts a superb seafood restaurant and deli shop; Port Isaac where Doc Martin was filmed, and Rock are all worth a visit. Mystical Tintagel with the legendary King Arthur’s Castle is close by, whilst the wild beauty of Dartmoor, Exmoor and Bodmin Moor are a must for walkers. For a great day out try Crealy Adventure Park and the famous Eden Project. Shop, pub and restaurant 4 miles.

To see more of the stunning beauty that Cornwall has to offer, you won’t have to travel far to reach picturesque Padstow and its fantastic restaurants.

St Mawes Castle was built by Henry VIII and is a splendid place to take in the views of the Carrick Roads.
