Pet-friendly Downhouse Cottage was extended in Victorian times, while Downhouse has a rustic feel with a clome oven in the fireplace and a large garden. Water is supplied from a borehole; the water is wonderful and is tested annually, so no need for bottled water.
Both cottages benefit from a sitting-out area with stunning views of the coastline. Surrounded by countryside, they are perfect for walkers to enjoy the views from the South West Coastal Path. Launceston, EnglandLilly’s is a delightful barn conversion, situated on a working mixed farm in the middle of the beautiful Cornish countryside, and combines a mixture of traditional charm with contemporary facilities. The open plan living space is cosy, and has a well-equipped, contemporary kitchen, benefitting from a Nespresso coffee machine (pods not included). The living area has plenty of comfortable seating, a Smart TV and a multi-fuel burner. The bathroom, complete with a rain shower over the bath, is found on the ground floor. There is also a large cupboard under the stairs, with an iron, ironing board and fireguard, and its also ideal for hanging coats and muddy boots. On the first floor you will find both bedrooms, one kingsize with a Smart TV, Egyptian cotton linen and ample cupboard space, and a single bedroom. Both bedrooms have sloping ceilings.
