St Mawes, EnglandBoswedden is a stunning spacious property set in its own mature gardens with beautiful views of the River Percuil and National Trust land beyond. It is only a few minutes walk from the centre of St Mawes Summers Beach and the boatyards on the River Percuil. Boswedden is at the end of a quiet no through road. At the front of the property is a large raised lawn area surrounded by beautiful flowers and shrubs. From the drive are the sweeping steps up to the front door and the two sun terraces with wonderful views over the Percuil. Once inside there is a light and airy central hallway double doors open into the large and comfortable living room with vaulted ceiling and wood burner and doors to access the outside terrace. There are glazed double doors from the living room into the open plan to the kitchen/dining room. The kitchen is well equipped with cooker under counter fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Crackington Haven, EnglandMadison is a lovely Swedish designed, detached holiday property situated not far from the beach and benefiting from being just under 8 miles from the popular seaside town of Bude. The property can comfortably accommodate eight guests with all rooms on one level.
There are three bedrooms; one with a super kingsize bed, Smart TV and a lovely en-suite with a multi spray unit, double walk-in shower plus a bath and the other two both being twins (one with a handy sink in it). There’s also a family shower room, again with double walk-in shower. The living space consists of a comfortable living area with Smart TV, a separate dining room with a double sofa bed and a conservatory with seating, a telescope and access to the rear garden and patio.
