The property has recently been renovated and now offers plenty of accommodation for all the family with 7 bedrooms to choose from. This may also suit a multi- family arrangement. On the ground floor are three bedrooms and a shower room plus the large bright living room with open fire. The kitchen is new and modern with all the appliances, plus the superb dining room with fantastic views of the creek and countryside. On the first floor are four bedrooms with the spacious master bedroom with stunning far-reaching views, and to complete this floor a family bathroom. The garden literally surrounds the property with large, terraced seating areas that are perfect for the family BBQ. You also have the reaching views from the split-level lawn again with patio and seating areas so you can relax in different parts of the garden.     Located on the west of the beautiful Roseland Peninsula a few miles north of St Mawes St Just-in-Roseland. It is a verdant village of manicured gardens and pretty cottages leading down to the woodlands and creeks by the Percuil River. The village is best known for the 13th century church of St Just the Martyr. Overlooking St Just Pool, a tree lined creek, and the church which is set in an amphitheatre like graveyard filled with an array of colourful sub-tropical plants and shrubs, a botanical project started over 100 years ago.
    Few places in Cornwall can compare with the Roseland Peninsula, one of the most picturesque and unspoilt parts of the British Isles. Lovely beaches and cliffs, delightful rivers and pretty countryside villages and hamlets all make the Roseland the perfect holiday setting. There are many beaches such as Towan, Porthkirnick, Pendower and Portholland to explore along with the vast array of walks.
