    Lesnewth is a magical hamlet with an ancient church and a scattering of farms.
    The Leat was completed just a few years ago and this beautiful barn conversion is a spacious and very well presented property. Set out in reverse style, the first floor has a large open plan living room, dining room and kitchen with a lovely high ceiling and exposed beams. The main living area is kept snug and cosy with a wood burning stove and is furnished with two comfortable sofa beds. All the bedrooms are spacious with pine floors.     Barn Cottage has beautiful decor and furnishings, a bright ambience, a south facing patio area to the rear which opens onto the village green and a wonderful walled garden to the front to enjoy the late afternoon sun. The home is split level, with the entrance and large kitchen/dining room on the mid floor and three of the peacefully decorated bedrooms all with plenty of storage, along with a family bathroom on the lower ground floor. A further short staircase leads to the living room and master bedroom on the first floor with those cracking views, and a Juliet balcony behind some French doors to maximise the view. A cosy wood burner in the living room will warm up those chillier days. The south facing patio garden is a sun trap during the summer and is adjoined by the village green, a large field where children can run off some steam! The walled garden, deck and paved area at the front offer a wonderful space to enjoy the late afternoon and evening sun. Here also is a large barn where surf boards, bicycles and outdoor equipment can be stored.
    Rosecare is a quiet hamlet just up the valley from Crackington Haven in the parish of St Gennys. It is a beautiful walk down through the wooded valley to the beach. There you will find a pub, and two cafes situated next to the car park at the top of the beach, and will cater for most tastes. Crackington beach is covered by pebbles at high tide with plenty of rock pools to be explored but as the water recedes it exposes an expanse of golden sand which is one of the best surf spots in the county and is patrolled by lifeguards during the season. Crackington is equidistant between Widemouth Bay and Bude with a wide variety of restaurants and bars to the north and Boscastle to the south. There are majestic cliffs (Cornwall’s highest) just along the coast and some fantastically intriguing rock formations that are well worth a visit! Beach 2 miles

    Fistral Court is an exclusive development and Crantock is an expansive property over three floors with amazing views of Fistral Beach in fact, on entering the property from Pentire Avenue your eyes are immediately drawn through the open plan kitchen and dining area to the magnificent sea views, there is a shared swimming pool, heated from May through to 1st November. It is rarely crowded and can also be viewed from the balcony and lounge. The double aspect living room is bright and sumptuously furnished with a large Smart TV and sofas. The bedrooms are immaculate, and the master also has fantastic views of Fistral. Newquay golf club is a 15-minute walk away as is the bustling town centre. To get to Crantock beach, (not suitable for the less mobile, pushchairs or wheelchairs), there is a footpath and then steps down to a ferry landing stage from where you can take a very small foot ferry over to Crantock beach. Recently, new buildings have replaced the old and the farm has been moved away. The Property has views up the Allen valley and the garden, mostly grass and shrubs, is about 2 acres. There is a fence along the River Allen, which is a Site of Special Scientific Interest. Boscastle has one of the most outstanding sections of the coast path with majestic promontories, crashing surf, secluded coves, and long beaches with soft, golden sand. The stunning towns of Port Isaac, Rock and Padstow are a short drive to the west and are well worth a trip.
    On Bodmin Moor, Dozmary pond is thought to contain Arthur’s Excalibur, and Merlin is thought to be still found walking under Tintagel Island. Camelford is a great centre for touring, walking, fishing, swimming, or surfing holidays. The town is steeped in history and has excellent shopping and sporting facilities. Lots of tiny coves along the headland both north and south, like Crackington Haven, Widemouth Bay, Tintagel and the famous Polzeath.

You can obtain weekly permits from the council, there is parking at the rear of the property down a lane, if you reverse in it would be easier to get out as the lane is a dead end. The lane is narrow so manoeuvring large vehicles may be tight. From the front bedroom you will enjoy the beautiful sea view. The property benefits from two living rooms one of which is set up as a TV room, a large kitchen diner and utility room. There are three bedrooms on the first floor and a further bedroom on the second floor. The back garden has a small private patio area great for morning coffee or an evening drink.
