The properties are situated in Wroxham, which is well known as the ‘Capital of the Broads’ and has a selection of cafes, restaurants and shops within a few minutes’ walk. One of the best ways to enjoy the Broads is on the water by motor launch, or take one of the organised day trips arranged by the neighbouring boatyard. On the water, the beauty of the Broads can be truly experienced with its extensive wildlife (ducks, geese, swans, spoonbills and herons) and its sleepy Broads villages with their pretty flint cottages and attractive churches.

- Wadebridge, EnglandKelly Green Mill is part of the Lamellen Estate which has been in the family for generations. It was a barn and mill for cattle feeds and part of Kelly Green farm. Recently, new buildings have replaced the old and the farm has been moved away. The Property has views up the Allen valley and the garden, mostly grass and shrubs, is about 2 acres. There is a fence along the River Allen, which is a Site of Special Scientific Interest.
