    The Surfer’s Townhouse, St Georges is a bright, quirky and unique town house, close to amazing beaches and just 5 minutes walk from the large council car park Tregunnell. You can obtain weekly permits from the council, there is parking at the rear of the property down a lane, if you reverse in it would be easier to get out as the lane is a dead end. The lane is narrow so manoeuvring large vehicles may be tight. From the front bedroom you will enjoy the beautiful sea view. The property benefits from two living rooms one of which is set up as a TV room, a large kitchen diner and utility room. There are three bedrooms on the first floor and a further bedroom on the second floor. The back garden has a small private patio area great for morning coffee or an evening drink.
    The property is furnished to a high standard throughout and features great extras such as wooden floors, fireplaces, equipment storage and is an ideal base for large families who want to be able to walk everywhere, enjoy the 7 miles of sandy beaches not only in the summer but all year round. Newquay is on the north coast of Cornwall and is popular with surfers and families. The owner has provided a separate room for storing your surfboards, body boards and wet suits and an outside shower so you can come through the back gate into the garden, shower off and leave all the sand outside! The nearest beach Towan Beach is 10 minutes’ walk away and a little further you will find the famous Fistral Bach. Within a short walk is an abundance of shops, restaurants, bars and many attractions including Newquay Zoo, The Lighthouse Cinema, The Blue Reef Aquarium and Buccaneer Bay, a journey through old Cornwall’s coves and lanes complete with Pirates!
    If you want to explore further afield then travel links by train or bus are easily accessible, why not jump on one of the buses to enjoy the beautiful countryside and admire the Atlantic Coast, you can hop on and off or go on one of the prearranged tours that are available, There are plenty of surf schools and activity centres to keep everyone of all ages occupied and to gain new skills. The city of Cornwall is Truro is 25 minutes drive away. The impressive cathedral dominating the view is a must to see. Why not wander around the cobbled streets where there is a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and cafés where you can enjoy local produce.
