A number of quaint villages and harbours can be found at Mousehole and Newlyn, and the sea faring town of Penzance is close by.
    The area is popular for walking, windsurfing, surfing, swimming, cycling, pony trekking and golf, with Cape Cornwall golf course just a mile down the lane. Visit the lovely Cot Valley in Cape Cornwall, with its rolling landscape, rugged coastline and access to miles of scenic coastal paths. Cape Cornwall Golf club is open to non- members and makes for a great day out for enthusiasts.

    Take a short drive to Lands’ End or the beautiful white sandy beach and harbour at Sennen Cove, a popular spot with surfers and those who love the beach. Take the scenic coastal drive from Pendeen to St Ives across stunning moorland, passing the small village of Zennor with its tales of mermaids, an ancient church and a charming local pub.

    Be sure to visit the Minack open air theatre, built directly into the cliff face with the ocean as a backdrop. A short drive to Penzance or the historic town of Marazion are great options also, where you can pop over to the small island of St Michaels Mount.
