The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you need for preparing a lovely home cooked meal. The living/dining room is comfortably furnished with a two-seater sofa, which can be a double sofa bed on request, two armchairs, Smart TV, DVD player and a dining area. As the evening draws to a close, venture up to the first floor to discover two double bedrooms; one with a standard double and the other with a kingsize bed. This part of rural Devon is known as Ruby Country, ideal for walkers and countryside lovers, and is also within easy reach of the Tarka Trail which offers spectacular off road walking and cycling. Stroll along the River Torridge where you are more than likely to spot an otter family and maybe a kingfisher or two. Further afield, the stunning coastline offers plenty of beaches, ideal for surfing, swimming and rock pool gazing. A shorter drive south takes you to the wild beauty of Dartmoor National Park where you can have a delightful pub lunch in the village of Belstone, or take a walk on the moors and see Dartmoor ponies.
