A super holiday home, Brookside Cottage has exposed beams, stonework and deep recessed windows. To the rear, there is a rock garden with a gravelled area for sitting out. The beautiful countryside offers excellent walks, and horse riding is available nearby. Tea room and pub run by the Chatsworth Estate 100 yards.

This bungalow, built in local stone, is on the quiet village street of Chelmorton, one of the prettiest of Derbyshire’s White Peak hamlets, deep in the Peak National Park between the spa town of Buxton and Bakewell. Convenient for Chatsworth and Haddon Hall and Alton Towers. There are lovely views over the moors from the living room window. The owner has ensured the property is supplied with everything you need for a great holiday and supplies lots of local information and endeavours to make your stay a special one.

The location of Booth Farm Bungalow is approached by a winding road through stunning limestone scenery and open moorland, and yet whilst rural, is just 5 miles from the Peak Park centre of Buxton. Longnor Village with its quaint cobbled market square and traditional pubs is just a 10 minute drive, and the ever popular villages of Hartington, Bakewell, Eyam and Castleton are all easily reachable in around half an hour, as are the magnificent historic houses of Chatsworth and Haddon Hall. Horse riding can be found nearby. Shop, pub and restaurant 4¼ miles.

With a unique layout, on the ground floor there is a family size kitchen with breakfast table and offering all the equipment and appliances you should need, a dining room with comfortable seating and work station area, and the ground floor inclusive of a double bedroom with a wood burner. Off from the dining room is a flight of stairs taking you to a sitting room with large TV and open coal fire. There is a separate set of stairs on the opposite side of the cottage which takes you to the two remaining double bedrooms and the shower room. Outside there is an open but private courtyard.
