    Westgate is ideally located in the centre of Thanet, surrounded by villages and towns, with so much to see and do from bars, restaurants, boutique shops to beaches, plenty of walks and plenty of parks and scenery to take in. With more than adequate travel links via bus and trains you can explore Thanet day by day easily and locally within 30 minutes maximum travel. There is a wide promenade meandering towards Margate Sands in one direction and Minnis Bay via cliff roads and promenade in the opposite direction.
    A short 15-minute drive in the area can take you to Westwood Shopping area, Broadstairs, Ramsgate, Reculver Towers Park. Historic Canterbury, Herne Bay and Whitstable a little further. The ample bedroom has a super kingsize bed which can be separated into twin beds. The bedroom has wardrobes with space to hang clothes and shelves. A separate wardrobe is home to an iron and ironing board and a dustpan and brush. There is a dressing table with a hairdryer and a light-up make up mirror. A full length mirror is also on the front of the wardrobe. A Smart TV on the wall opposite the bed for those days when you just want to chill out in bed is there for your enjoyment. Accessed from the bedroom via a sliding pocket door is the shower room. This has a shower, wash hand basin and WC. The mirror over the basin has lighting and there is a shaver socket on the wall. Subtle low level spotlights allow the use of the WC without the need to put the main light on and the fan which is surprisingly quiet but could still be a disturbance in the night. The main room is both the kitchen and living space.
