On the fringe of Wainfleet All Saints, and within a short walk, is a brewery which offers tours, an on-site pub and a bistro. Wainfleet All Saints is a quaint market town with an array of shops, pubs, restaurants and a railway station. The traditional seaside resort of Skegness is just 5 miles away with its lovely sandy beach and family entertainment, including the Fantasy Island Theme Park. The National Trust properties of Gunby Hall and Tattershall Castle are within easy driving distance. Visit bird and seal sanctuaries along the coast, or take a trip to medieval Lincoln, with its famous castle and cathedral, just 40 miles away, across the scenic, rolling Lincolnshire Wolds countryside. Situated between Skegness and Boston, in a rural location with a hot tub and a well-stocked carp fishing lake in the grounds, this detached property is perfect for a family getaway. RSPB Frampton Marsh is a 20-minute drive away, and the traditional seaside resort of Skegness is approximately 25 minutes’ away. Nearby Lincolnshire Wildlife Park is great for a family day out and there are many good walks and cycle routes to explore. Alternatively, simply sit back in front of the cosy wood burner or in the bubbling hot tub and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of Toadlands Farm. Beach 15 miles.
