Within 2 minutes walk of Littlehampton’s many beachfront attractions this period property with its tall ceilings and designer finishings is a magnificent holiday escape for couples or families or for a golfing break at one of the oldest and trickiest golf course courses in the country.
    The interior has been completely renovated and features a magnificent spacious open plan living area, ideal for the family or a small group. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a Nespresso machine, wine fridge and Alexa. The apartment sleeps seven guests and offers three double bedrooms. The stunning master bedroom offers a king size four poster bed with linens from The White Company. Dogs are allowed on the majority of Littlehampton beach. Visitors with one small dog are very welcome and a comfy dog bed and dog bowls are provided and ready for you along with a small welcome basket for your dog!
    Within a5-minute walk along the seafront of the apartment, is the newly build ‘wave’ indoor swimming and gym complex which is open to the public. There is also a public par 3 golf course within a 5-minute walk. Littlehampton is within a few minutes’ drive of the South Downs which offer stunning walks across the south downs and coast. Whether you’re looking for quiet walks along the long sandy beach, a trip to a museum, or fun and games at an adventure park, Littlehampton has plenty to offer the family. Also found on the side of the River Arun is the Windmill Independent cinema and a plethora of cafes at Harbour Park seaside amusements.
    Littlehampton Fort is located at the end of Rope Walk, on the west side of the River Arun and just 330 yards south west of the Windmill Theatre. Littlehampton is the ideal base from which to discover the South Downs and coast. Less than an hour away down the coast East is Brighton with its nightlife and theatres which features The Theatre Royal Brighton, which is one of the oldest and most distinguished theatres in the country. Less than a 30-minute drive up the road you’ll discover historic medieval towns of Chichester and Arundel.
