These fantastic semi-detached holiday properties are situated within the owner’s extensive landscaped grounds, with beautiful views across the Wiltshire countryside. This is a private 8000-acre estate and working arable farm, and as guests you are allowed to use the estate and grounds whenever you wish. There is also on-site golf, coarse fishing and riding stables. Set on the edge of Tollard Royal, which is a charming medieval village with a pub that dates back to 1300.

The lodge is perfect for a romantic break of just relaxing and taking in the beautiful scenery, or it can be an active break with all that this estate has to offer. This delightful one bedroom property, built in 2014, is a detached single storey annexe in the grounds of the owner’s larger property with views over undulating Wiltshire countryside. Parking is shared with the owner in the main drive and a well-lit 37m public footpath leads from the main drive to the rental property.
