Cuckoo’s Nest is beautifully appointed throughout and well equipped to accommodate up to eight adults. The property is spread generously over three floors, with a large open plan and glass fronted living space and kitchen, with a balcony on the first floor to take advantage of the waterfront views. Each bedroom suite boasts quality linens and comfy beds for the perfect night’s slumber. The open plan living, kitchen and dining space makes for the ultimate social hub, perfect for wining, dining and gaming, be it board or electronic. With two terraces overlooking the lake, step out onto the ground floor terrace and enjoy the view. The upper terrace provides a great spot for dining alfresco with an aperitif or two. As the evening draws in, there is a feature wood burner for a toasty retreat inside.
Located on a private 450-acre natural reserve, the gated and managed estate comprises of woodland and meadows crossed by three rivers and surrounded by serene lakes. Several lakes can be used for water activities including kayaking and paddle boarding. The Activity Hub, which is located less than 10 minutes from the property, will hire equipment for water sports and bikes.
The ArtSpa is less than a 5 minutes’ walk from the property and offers an indoor and outdoor heated swimming pool, eco-pool, sauna, steam room and gym, as well as shower and changing facilities. Spa treatments are bookable via the spa.

Nestled in the idyllic countryside is No Place. This charming three-bedroom thatched cottage offers a serene and picturesque retreat for up to six adults. Thought to be the most westerly thatched cottage in England and originally built as a traditional Cornish long house, the cottage exudes history and character while seamlessly integrating modern comforts.
As you step inside, the warmth of a crackling wood burner welcomes you into a cosy living area. The perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring, the living space invites you to relax with a book or enjoy intimate conversations with loved ones. There is so much to do here, the summerhouse in the garden is ideal for taking shelter from the winds, allowing you to enjoy the rugged landscape, or you can wander around the extensive gardens. The roof terrace offers breath-taking views of the surrounding landscape, and for those looking to bask in the sun or enjoy a refreshing dip, a swimming pool beckons, whilst a hot tub offers a luxurious soak under the starlit sky. The nearest beach is Sennen, approximately 20-minutes walk away (I mile), a large sandy beach surrounded by sand dunes, boasting two surf schools. There are two cafes and a pub in Sennen Cove (cafes open summer season only). No Place is well situated for amazing walking and hiking - it’s just a few minutes from the Cornish coastal path. Whilst you are here it is also worth travelling 15 minutes to Porthcurno, a superb beach and a fantastic area to explore. It is home to the Minack Theatre, an open-air theatre constructed on a granite outcrop jutting into the sea.

Located within a popular holiday park, residing within the gorgeous Cornish countryside, you will find this lovely lodge. With full use of the park facilities including both outdoor and indoor pools and onsite gym, this is the ideal place to both recharge and re-energise! With a reverse-level layout, the ground floor boasts three charming bedrooms with pleasant and welcoming décor in each. Bedroom one has a double bed and en-suite bathroom, plus doors leading onto your private decking area, complete with hot tub, just perfect for the ultimate relaxing experience. Doors lead out onto the elevated balcony, ideal for morning coffee before the day’s adventures begin, or your favourite beverage at the day’s end as you recount the day’s fun, with gentle sound of the stream passing by.
If you can tear yourself away, venture deep into the area and explore and you will find a plethora of attractions, stunning countryside walks and pretty towns and villages. The beautiful Dartmoor National Park has rolling hills and breath-taking views whilst the scenic Tamar Valley provides an abundance of woodland and dramatic views. Ancient Bodmin Moor lies to the west, atmospheric and mysterious, with fascinating rock formations and rising tors, whilst the historic naval city of Plymouth has marinas, restaurants and pubs in addition to a huge range of shops and striking architecture. For those who enjoy the coast, the beaches at Seaton and Downderry are a joy whilst the harbour towns Looe and Fowey are steeped in history and their narrow streets, cafes and restaurants are well worth discovering.

A spacious static caravan situated on a bustling, popular park with many eateries to choose from, so you’ll be spoilt for choice on where to eat each day. There’s plenty of on-site entertainment to enjoy, and various activities such as segways, bikes and pedalos hire. An indoor pool with lazy river and slides, this site is a wonderful place to make memories for all ages. There’s three bedrooms and two bathrooms with open plan lounge kitchen and breakfast area, and an area with outdoor seating perfect to catch a bit sunshine. You’ll be in an ideal location to explore the Llyn Peninsula and the nearby Snowdonia National Park. Nearby Pwllheli has plenty to offer with harbour, and golf course, along with plenty of shops to peruse, supermarkets and eateries and a large beach with miles of sweeping sands.
A short drive is Porthdinllaen beach home to a popular beach side inn, once voted in the top ten best beach bars in the world! You are also within easy reach of Porthmadog home to the Welsh Highland Railway, and Italianate village of Portmeirion, fashionable Abersoch is also nearby. Criccieth and Harlech, a short drive away where you’ll find the historic castles of the area. This area has miles of unspoilt coastal paths to explore, look out for the grey seal colonies that are established around the coastline, alongside a wealth of sea birds. No matter your interests from golfing, fishing and adventure sports to nature and history, the diverse Llyn Peninsula has everything to offer. High Park House is the perfect venue for a large family holiday or group reunions/getaways. Built in 1845 High Park House features on the ground floor two living rooms with cosy wood burners and smart TVs, a formal dining room, a large kitchen/diner perfect for creating holiday feasts. There’s also a utility room, a handy separate toilet and a boot room. And for some family fun there’s a games room with a pool table. Up on the first floor are seven bedrooms with five en-suites, to comfortably sleep sixteen guests. Within the grounds is an indoor swimming pool and hot tub which can be booked for exclusive use and a large natural lake with a decked terrace, to the front of the house is a large private lawn area and ample parking.
High Park House offers easy access to beaches, moors, golf courses, children friendly fun parks, and many other recreational activities. Bideford is the second largest town in North Devon with plenty to see and do including a lovely river front and port. The Southwest Coastal Path is a must for keen walkers and runners, as is the popular Tarka Trail, which stretches for c.180 miles and can be accessed locally. Swimming, surfing, canoeing and entertainment for all the family plus fishing are all close by. For a day with a difference why not take a trip across to Lundy Island? With regular trips from Bideford, measuring just 3 miles by ¾ mile, this entire island has been designated a Site of Special Scientific Interest.
Westward Ho!, the nearest seaside village offers an array of seaside amenities including some fascinating curiosity shops, restaurants and cafes. Within easy reach are two popular top attractions, The Big Sheep amusement farm park and The Ultimate Adventure Centre! Being very close to the A39 Atlantic Highway, the property is conveniently located for day trips to other beautiful places such as Exmoor National Park with stunning dark skies for great star gazing and locations such as Clovelly, Hartland and North Cornwall. Seagreen Lodge is a tastefully decorated three bedroom lodge with a deck area leading down to a lawn, and a first floor balcony from the master bedroom. On the ground floor the open plan living space is warm and flooded with light from the patio doors leading out of the living area. There is a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for whipping up a holiday feast and a dining table to comfortably seat six, gather together and plan the next days adventure. Also on the ground floor are two of the bedrooms, one double and one twin, along with a delightful bathroom with nautical touches. The lodge is tucked away in the most secluded position with great uninterrupted sea views across fields from the sun deck, living area, and the master bedroom and balcony upstairs. These views stretch from Gull Rock and Nare Head to the East all the way around to the Southwest.
Set on the idyllic Trewince Manor Estate and located close to the harbour village of Portscatho. This beautiful estate has a creek on one side and the stunning Roseland coastline within an easy walk of the other. Trewince has a range of facilities including wonderful, expansive grounds. There is also an indoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and small gym for guests to use at no charge but which need to be booked at Reception. There is also a slipway (available for a fee) for the launching of boats by direct arrangement with Trewince Estate. The walks available from the Estate lead to the spectacular coastal footpath around the creeks and cliffs of the St Anthony headland.
Portscatho and its neighbouring village of Gerrans are located on the eastern coast of the Roseland Peninsula, Cornwall, overlooking the dramatic Gerrans Bay. A truly peaceful waterside village, Portscatho is a lovely place for a holiday. The beaches such as Porthcurnick and Towan are simply idyllic, and these are only minutes from the village. With a superb local butcher, two great little pubs and a well-stocked local store, Portscatho and Gerrans are a lovely place to spend a holiday. Beach ¾ mile.

Situated 200 yards from Loch Sunart in the bay of Camas Inas with access to a rocky beach and the cottages own mooring, this newly renovated cottage is perfectly situated to explore the Ardnamurchan Peninsula, the most westerly part of the UK. In the grounds of the cottage is a garage for storing kayaks, paddle boards and bicycles. It is just one minutes’ walk to the loch where you can swim or fish and have close up views of passing dolphins and otters. There is also horse riding, canoeing and water rafting locally as well as clay pigeon shooting.
The cottage is all on one level with five steps up to it with two bedrooms, one which can either be a double size bed or twin beds lounge bathroom and kitchen. A cot is available for babies.
The double glazing and central heating are complemented by an open fire (with fireguard) and a supply of logs provided. Designed to make you feel cosy and comfortable, the cottage is decorated to remind you of Victorian Scotland but has every modern comfort. There are lots of stunning hill and loch-side walks in the area with Castle Tioram being one of the most beautiful sights to see in Scotland. Glen Coe and Ben Nevis with skiing are not far but you can also take a short drive to pubs, award winning restaurants, cafe’s, distillery, or smokehouse to enjoy local produce of seafood or venison. Drive further down the Pensinsula to the award winning organic Ardnamurchan Distillery or to Kilchoan and the Ardnamurchan lighthouse and then take the ferry across to Mull and visit Tobermory and several fish restaurants all selling local fresh caught produce.
Nearby there is a post office and two general food shops. The fish man comes every Tuesday with freshly landed fish including langoustine and lobsters. Venison and organically grown vegetables can be bought locally. You can also order a delivery from a local supermarket in Fort William for basic supplies although there will be items like tea, bread, milk, eggs, and wine in a welcome hamper for you on arrival.
There is a local GP and the area has its own ambulance, coastguard, fire service and police on the peninsula.

Four Seasons Cottage is a beautiful cottage with a gorgeous, comfortable interior. There’s a living room with a wood burner and Smart TV, and the kitchen/diner is the hub of the cottage with all you’ll need for your holiday. Indulge in the cinema room with a 55” cinema-style Smart TV. Outside there is plenty to do from lounging on the patio and pebbled garden to having a soak in the hot tub! Between April and October, the outdoor above-ground pool (non-heated) will be available to use. Shared facilities include a sports/games lawn and access to 7.5 acres of land including free coarse fishing on the private lake. The owner will accept up to three/four horses on request, subject to availability. There are several resident horses on site, and you can arrange a grooming session at no cost during your stay, supervised by the owner and subject to availability. You are also welcome to collect eggs from the free-range chickens, proving great fun for everyone.
The property is a great base for exploring both North Devon and North Cornwall, boasting some of the best beaches in the country many of which are dog friendly and around 20-minute drive away. The famous Tarka trail walk is in easy reach just a few minutes’ drive away from the cottage, Along the way you will find many dog-friendly pubs and restaurants. Regularly used by walkers, runners and cyclists. There are many family attractions a short drive away including mini theme parks, farm parks, adventure centres for those adrenaline seekers, gardens, museums and stately homes. Just over 5 miles from Torrington or Great Torrington, a town built on the site of an ancient settlement at the top of a cliff with the river Torridge below. The town benefits from some great views and a regular pannier market. 18 miles from the capital town of Barnstaple with its Queens Theatre, cinema, leisure centre, tennis centre and indoor trampoline centre.
North Devon offers fantastic attractions such as Exmoor National Park with its ‘Dark Sky Reserve’. Explore coastal towns and villages such as Lynton and Lynmouth, Ilfracombe and Clovelly village all boasting breathtaking scenery. You’re spoilt for choice for beaches with Saunton, Woolacombe, Croyde and Westward Ho! all within easy reach by car. The Southwest Coastal Path runs through the rugged coastline offering stunning walks, and the Tarka Trail can be accessed locally, providing opportunities to follow a disused railway line and will take you through places like Fremington Quay and Yarde, Instow with its estuary beach and view towards the fishing village of Appledore through to Bideford, Barnstaple and beyond. And don’t forget Exmoor and Dartmoor National Parks, both within easy reach by car.
