Porthmadog, WalesThe real stand out feature in this property is the cinema room, with seating for everyone to relax and enjoy a movie in front of the 100 inch projector screen, this room also doubles up as a playroom. A separate games room with multi-functional 7ft games table for pool and air hockey, and a separate foosball table. The game/cinema rooms can be found in the annex above the garage - Please note that elderly, small children and those with limited mobility may need assistance and support with some of the stairs. This leisure area is accessed through the courtyard area of the property and also houses a ground floor accessible bedroom and wet room. Whilst this bedroom is accessible, the main house ground floor does have a couple of steps to navigate, blocks to make a ramp will be available. The main house covers three levels, is beautifully presented, and luxuriously modernised to match the needs of today’s living. Upon entering via the original period front door, the grand entrance hall opens to a spacious sitting room where there’s a Fendi chaise lounge, comfy sofas, Smart TV, parquet flooring and beautiful Persian rugs. Next door is a spacious bedroom with a super kingsize bed and an elegant oak desk. The impressive underfloor heated kitchen/diner is based around a quartz top centre island and is a foodie’s dream.
