Enjoying uninterrupted views of the award-winning Mawgan Porth beach, this fantastic beach house is surrounded by a third of an acre of beautifully kept gardens with a large, sea facing, sun trap decking area, overlooking gently sloping lawns and a pretty stream that trickles down to the sea below. Solar panels help heat the house and water while providing free electrical car charging for our guests’ electric vehicle.

Over the past year (2022), the house has been renovated to the highest standards by one of the country’s leading interior designers and offers plenty of living space all benefitting from exceptional sea views and floor to ceiling sliding doors leading to a large decking area. The large circular fireplace makes for cosy evenings during the Autumn and Winter months. The brand-new handmade kitchen is well supplied with all creature comforts from a juicer to a selection of coffee machines, including a Nespresso. A door leads into a separate TV room with a big corner sofa, both with fabulous sea views and door to the terrace. Three ground floor bedrooms, ome with chandelier, two with those stunning views. A beautiful glass and oak staircase leads from the entrance hall up to the first floor where you will find three more bedrooms; a double bedroom with en-suite shower room; a large twin bedroom with large en-suite shower room, and one with a TV and sofa bed which enjoys the best views of all.

The beach is just a 5-minute walk away from the garden gate. Off the drive, there is a lawned area and to the side of the house a heated outdoor shower for when you return from the beach. The equipment store has a range of children’s wetsuits and storage for boards. Once cleaned off, you can luxuriate in the state-of-the-art Aspen and Spruce spa with a sauna, experiential shower plus cold water bucket for the brave. Situated mid-way between Padstow and Newquay, Mawgan Porth offers you a beautiful west facing beach, stunning scenery, wondrous walks, superb surfing, an amazing variety of restaurants to suit everyone’s taste and pocket, including a cosy pub, seafood restaurant, cafés, and takeaways all within walking distance of Blue Seas. You don’t need to worry about privacy as The Old Workshop features funky blinds fitted to the glass, which can be positioned any which way for optimum privacy. You can rustle up a fantastic feast on the Range style oven in the gorgeous kitchen or throw open the patio doors and enjoy a delicious breakfast in the private courtyard, al fresco style. This is quintessential Suffolk at its best.
This stunning pet friendly holiday home is located in Stowupland in central Suffolk close to the market town of Stowmarket which enjoys a main line train link to London Liverpool Street. It is within easy driving distance of the cathedral town of Bury St Edmunds, Newmarket the home of racing, Cambridge, Clare, Long Melford and Lavenham to the west and the Heritage Coastal towns of Aldeburgh, Southwold, Woodbridge and Thorpeness to the east.

Eastacombe is a traditional, detached village cottage that has undergone a complete transformation, having been totally renovated and extended in 2022/23. Access by car is easy to Eggesford Forest (10 miles towards Exeter), with the local country pub just a bit further along the A377 where you can have lunch before a walk in the woods. If you like a round of golf, more locally is Libbaton Golf Club at High Bickington, just 3 miles away, where anyone can have a game along with a beer or two and a meal.
The amazing accommodation on offer comprises four bedrooms on the first floor; two with lovely en-suites and all with Smart TVs. On the ground floor you’ll find the fifth bedroom, plus there’s a handy additional wet room. Within easy reach by car are the county’s two National Parks; Exmoor and Dartmoor. The location is 8 miles from the regional capital town of Barnstaple with its many cafés and restaurants, Queens Theatre, multi-screen cinema, leisure centre with swimming pool, a purpose-built tennis centre with indoor and outdoor courts, and an indoor trampoline centre. Just 30 miles to the south is the historic city of Exeter.
North Devon is famed for its fantastic natural attractions such as Exmoor National Park, with its magical night skies in Europe’s first ’Dark Sky Reserve’, the many rugged coastal towns and quaint villages such as Lynton and Lynmouth, Ilfracombe and the world-famous Clovelly Village. If stunning beaches are your thing, then the region will leave you spoilt for choice with Saunton, Woolacombe, Croyde and Westward Ho! Beaches. The fantastic South West Coast Path runs through the region’s rugged coastline, perfect for walkers and view seekers and offering 90 miles of stunning walks.

Picturesque Cotswolds towns such as Stow-on-the-Wold, Bourton on the Water and Burford, and many National Trust properties are all worth a visit, as well as lovely towns and villages such as Newent, Ross, Newham and Monmouth. If exploring and adventure is on the agenda, you are spoilt for choice with the Forest of Dean, Severn and Wye Valleys, Malvern Hills and the Cotswolds all on your doorstep. Perfectly located to enjoy a trip to the ancient cathedral and historic docks of Gloucester, and approximately half an hour’s drive from Cheltenham’s festivals and regency promenade for a spot of designer shopping and fine dining. There are excellent walks and mountain biking trails directly from the farm to May Hill and the surrounding area.
The Red Lion pub is just 5 minute’s walk, The Leaf café and garden centre 3-minute walk. May Hill brewery, Longhope bakery and Harts Barn craft centre just a 5-minute drive. There’s an outstanding restaurant and wet fish counter at Severn Wye smokery, Chaxhill (10-minute drive). Also, a private chef can be arranged from Harts Barn cookery school if required. It is also close to the International Centre for birds of prey and the Three Choirs Vineyard nearby for a spot of bird watching followed by some wine tasting. Within easy reach of the picturesque Wye Valley, including Tintern Abbey and Symonds Yat. Adrenalin junkies are well catered for too, in Gloucester you have the dry ski slope for a day of boarding or tobogganing, off road cycling and treetop rope adventures to be found within the Forest of Dean. Paddle boarding is a firm favourite and available at Gloucester Docks and the picturesque Symonds Yat on the Wye River.

Stalmine is located approximately 5 miles from the small market town of Poulton-le-Fylde which has a good selection of shops, bars, and cafés. Other places that are worth a visit along the Fylde coast include Thornton Cleveleys with its old-fashioned charm and promenade, 7 miles, Fleetwood with its Freeport Outlet Shopping Village, 10 miles, and of course Blackpool, 9 miles, whose many attractions include The Tower, Blackpool Zoo, Pleasure Beach, Sea Life Centre, and Madame Tussauds.
Apart from being accessible for the coast, Carr End Barn A is also well-placed for exploring rural Lancashire. Ribble Valley with its pretty villages is within an hour’s drive, and it’s an excellent choice for walks and country pubs. The Forest of Bowland, which is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, can also be reached within an hour’s drive. The Lake District and Yorkshire Dales are also very accessible by road and can be reached in an hour. The city of Lancaster is just 13 miles away and Preston is 19 miles. Beach 9¾ miles. Positioned at the foothills of the Preseli Hills, it lies close to the quaint hamlet of Eglwyswrw, and is conveniently on the doorstep of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, which offers fantastic walks through the hills and on the coastal paths, as well as horse riding, fishing on the Rivers Teifi and Nevern, and even sea fishing and wildlife spotting. There is also golf within 8 miles, as well as kayaking nearby. The historic market town of Cardigan is only a 15-minute drive away, and nearby are a host of beautiful beaches such as Poppit and Newport Sands or Cwm-Yr-Eglwys and Pwllgwaelod. This rugged and sublime Pembrokeshire coastline really is worth a visit. The historic market town of Cardigan has a bustling high street featuring the famous Cardigan Castle, many antique and craft shops, together with an abundance of restaurants and cafés. Travelling south, you can discover the famous walled town of Tenby with its award-winning beach, or take a trip to Caldey Island or Oakwood (Wales’ largest theme park) or the award-winning Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo, all of which will make the perfect day out. Orrest Howe is situated up the famous Orrest Head walk in Windermere, set in a beautiful woodland garden. You can enjoy sitting out on one of the many seating areas or end your day relaxing in the hot tub whilst taking in the local scenery.

It is perfectly positioned to explore the Norfolk Broads National Park and Norfolk’s amazing coastline with sandy beaches and RSPB bird reserves. Neighbouring the owners’ working arable farm (not accessible to guests) it is privately surrounded by its own large garden.
It has nearby links to public footpaths and bridleways, including Weavers Way, winding 61 miles through the North Norfolk countryside. Another way to enjoy the area is on horseback; there is a equestrian centre nearby (within ½ mile) where you can hire a horse for the day, or you can even house your own horse, with a variety of livery options available. The centre is registered with Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA) charity. There are tremendous circular cycling routes via Dilham Canal and a wealth of opportunities for walking direct from the doorstep, so do remember to pack your walking boots. For anglers, there is carp fishing within ½ mile.
The market town of North Walsham, 6 miles, has a good selection of shops, supermarkets, bank, a weekly market, bowling alley, leisure centre with swimming pool, restaurants, and cafés. Worstead church is a superb 14th-century building, full of historic and architectural interest. Wroxham, the capital of the Norfolk Broads is 6½ miles for daily boat hire and river trips, waterside restaurants, cafés and shops. It also has a train station with links to Norwich city, 13 miles, for excellent shopping centres, theatre, market, castle museum, cathedral, cafés and restaurants, and coast and Bure Valley Steam Railway; a nostalgic 18-mile trip by steam on Norfolk’s longest narrow gauge railway which runs between the historic market towns of Aylsham and Wroxham, with wayside halts serving the picturesque Broadland villages of Brampton, Buxton and Coltishall, where you can hop off and on to explore by foot. The popular seaside town of Cromer, 15 miles, has a beach, promenade gardens, pier, shops, cafés and restaurants. There are sandy beaches at Happisburgh, Mundesley and Bacton within 20 minutes’ drive. Felbrigg and Blickling Halls (National Trust), and Sheringham Park are all within a 30-minute drive. A must for families is BeWILDerwood at Horning, a tree top adventure woodland, 7 miles and Dinosaur Park at Weston Park, 19 miles. Beach 8 miles. Pub 1 mile, shop 5 miles and restaurant 4 miles.

RSPB Minsmere and Dunwich heath, offering opportunities for spotting birds and connecting with wildlife, with excellent walks available. For great days out visit Snape Maltings, Framlingham Castle, Halesworth Museum, Yoxford Antiques Centre and Gardens and Easton Farm Park. Vibrant market town of Beccles boasts independent boutiques and chain shops, with an excellent collection of eateries, including fine dining to many cafés serving home-made cakes and savouries to delight many palates. The weekly market is excellent for all things local, and there is an open air heated outdoor swimming pool, popular with many local swimmers and gateway to the Famous Norfolk Broads National Park.
