    The well-equipped kitchen and large dining room is perfect for families to dine together in style. If you prefer to dine out, there are eateries just a short walk away. The living room has comfy sofas, selection of board games to enjoy, and Smart TV to enjoy movie nights. There are 4 bedrooms; 3 are located on the first floor, comprising two doubles, a bunk bedded room, and the family bathroom. On the second floor is a twin bedroom and a separate bathroom.
    The property lies just 300 yards from a glorious sandy beach. Mundesley is home to one of Norfolk’s best beaches and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The village centre has shops, cafés, a post office and pub. There is a 9-hole golf course and plenty of circular walks to enjoy. The lively seaside resorts of Cromer and Sheringham are close by. Explore Cromer, 7 miles, with its pier, golf course and town centre with shops, cafés and restaurants. Sheringham has an indoor swimming pool, shops and a market, and the North Norfolk Steam Railway, with trips to neighbouring coastal resorts and golf courses.
    Norwich city is within a 40-minute drive for excellent shopping malls, theatre, castle, museum, cafés and restaurants. The market town of north Walsham for shops, cafés, banks and supermarkets is a 15-minute drive away. Stow Mill is situated on the outskirts of Mundesley, built as a flour mill in 1826, it has been beautifully restored. Discover the famous Norfolk Broads with miles of inland waterways and rich in wildlife and bird life. Wroxham offers daily boat hire and river trips, as well as riverside cafés, restaurants and shops. Wroxham Barns, BeWILDerwood at Horning and Lenwade Dinosaur Park make great days out for children.
