    Happy Place is a mid-terrace, three-storey house in Brixham, South Devon close to local amenities. The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe, and there are a further three double bedrooms, plus a twin room, so plenty of space for everyone. The main living and dining area is very comfortable, with a Smart TV and wood burner, perfect for those evenings in.
    There is the added benefit of an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, useful if children or guests are wanting their own space to watch TV. Double doors lead out from this room onto a rear, artificial lawned garden with seating. The kitchen is well equipped with everything that guests could need for their stay, and the utility room next door means all the washing can be done without it being in the way.
