Kilburn House is a large Victorian town house just a short stroll from the centre of Bridlington on the beautiful North Yorkshire coastline. Once known as a popular bed and breakfast, it has once again been transformed into a very welcoming home. The spacious open plan living/dining area offers a large bay window which floods the room with natural light. Huge sofas, handmade for the property, offer plenty of seating and are ideally placed to enjoy a family night in front of the 65” Smart TV, whilst the bespoke dining table can accommodate the whole group, whether that be for a hearty breakfast before heading out for the day or for coming together to enjoy a delicious home cooked evening meal. This holiday home also offers a café room with bar; just perfect for a social cuppa before heading out for the day. The chef in the group will be delighted with the kitchen which offers a host of appliances including a huge range, triple slow cooker, and a large grill. There is a separate utility room with fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer. A cosy ‘quiet’ room sits to the back of the house and here you can relax in one of two armchairs to read a book or enjoy one of the board games provided. A second sitting room offers more seating and access out to one of two private courtyards. This offers a private seven-seater hot tub and additional seating. Enjoy a soak surrounded by bubbles in the mid-day sun or enjoy a spot of star gazing with your friends on an evening. Kilburn House offers two ground floor bedrooms, one of which has en-suite shower facilities, for those who can’t manage the stairs. Access to the second courtyard is via the café’ room. This outside area offers a covered seating area should the weather be a little inclement.

Springdale Farmhouse can be found surrounded by open countryside on top of the stunning Yorkshire Wolds, just outside the pretty village of Rudston and close to the thriving harbour town of Bridlington in North Yorkshire. Springdale Farmhouse offers three different living rooms. The main area provides seating for the full group, a warming open fire for the cooler winter months and garden access out to the hot tub. In the evening take one of the two staircases to the floors above and find a selection of bedrooms to choose from. The master bedroom offers far reaching views and includes an en-suite. There are a further four bedrooms on the first floor. The final bedroom can be found on the second floor and spans the full length of the house. With vaulted ceilings, very low beams (height approximately 5 foot) and two zip and link super king size beds, this room is ideal for the younger visitors in the group. An enclosed formal courtyard sits to the rear of Springdale Farmhouse and is a sun trap during the summer months, and to the front of the house are neatly trimmed lawns and wood fired hot tub; here you can enjoy the stunning views, keep an eye out for deer, hares and owl or simply star gaze late into the night.
