Mawgan Porth, England 5.00Enjoying uninterrupted views of the award-winning Mawgan Porth beach, this fantastic beach house is surrounded by a third of an acre of beautifully kept gardens with a large, sea facing, sun trap decking area, overlooking gently sloping lawns and a pretty stream that trickles down to the sea below. Over the past year (2022), the house has been renovated to the highest standards by one of the country’s leading interior designers and offers plenty of living space all benefitting from exceptional sea views and floor to ceiling sliding doors leading to a large decking area. The large circular fireplace makes for cosy evenings during the Autumn and Winter months. The brand-new handmade kitchen is well supplied with all creature comforts from a juicer to a selection of coffee machines, including a Nespresso. A door leads into a separate TV room with a big corner sofa, both with fabulous sea views and door to the terrace. Three ground floor bedrooms, ome with chandelier, two with those stunning views. A beautiful glass and oak staircase leads from the entrance hall up to the first floor where you will find three more bedrooms; a double bedroom with en-suite shower room; a large twin bedroom with large en-suite shower room, and one with a TV and sofa bed which enjoys the best views of all.
The beach is just a 5-minute walk away from the garden gate. Off the drive, there is a lawned area and to the side of the house a heated outdoor shower for when you return from the beach. The equipment store has a range of children’s wetsuits and storage for boards. Once cleaned off, you can luxuriate in the state-of-the-art Aspen and Spruce spa with a sauna, experiential shower plus cold water bucket for the brave. Situated mid-way between Padstow and Newquay, Mawgan Porth offers you a beautiful west facing beach, stunning scenery, wondrous walks, superb surfing, an amazing variety of restaurants to suit everyone’s taste and pocket, including a cosy pub, seafood restaurant, cafés, and takeaways all within walking distance of Blue Seas. Perranporth, EnglandThis superbly spacious, lodge-style static caravan is nestled within a popular holiday park located within a fantastic area, a few miles from some of the most iconic beaches on the North Cornwall coast. Once inside, you enter a bright, open-plan living area, with very well-equipped kitchen including a wine cooler and excellent central island breakfast bar. The living area has a supremely comfortable sofa and twin wing backed chairs, electric wood burner and TV. There are two bedrooms with stylish lighting and lots of storage. Bedroom one has a double bed and en-suite facilities and the second has twin beds. The family bathroom has a further double shower. Throughout the property there are smart lines and clever understated designs. The outside veranda wraps around half of the property, has pleasant seating and is enclosed. There are four steps up to the veranda from the ground level.
The park has many facilities open all year round, with a heated indoor swimming pool, cosy bar and eatery with log fire, outdoor adventure park for the little ones and a skate park too. Venture further afield (but not far!) and you find the beaches of Perranporth, Holywell and Perran Sands. With huge swathes of soft, golden sand, rockpools for all ages to explore and miles of walks with breath-taking vistas in every direction, you are really spoilt for choice!

Hayle, EnglandSet in over 100 acres of woodland in the popular St Ives Holiday Village, these delightful lodges offer something for everyone. Happys (ref UKC196) lives up to its name. This single-storey, semi-detached lodge has been lovingly furnished to a very good standard, and the interior has been designed with a certain colour and flair, providing a comfortable and cosy retreat all year round. Happys also looks out onto a green wooded area and the surrounding area is a safe haven for wildlife and holiday goers alike. Gracelands (ref 29552) is a single storey terraced lodge, again providing comfortable accommodation for up to 5. Both lodges are ideal for couples or small families that want to relax and unwind on their holiday in Cornwall.

Take the scenic coastal train from nearby St Erth to St Ives. The popular seaside town features a quaint harbour and glorious beaches.
