    This traditional Cornish cottage has been sympathetically restored into a very bright and appealing character holiday home. The Old Dairy is just 100 yards from the sea, beach and amenities of St Mawes and is an excellent base for both beach and touring holidays.
    The spacious living accommodation on the ground floor is open plan with stripped wood flooring white washed walls and beamed ceiling throughout. The fitted kitchen has an extensive range of units with plenty of work tops and storage areas and is fitted with a range cooker, adjacent to the kitchen area is the dining area with a pine dining table and chairs also a lovely bay window with distant sea views. The living room area has a feature fire place with a wood burner, comfortable furniture, Freeview TV, DVD player and an identical bay window with distant sea views. There is also a compact kitchenette fitted with fridge and combination microwave. The rest of the annex comprises a light and airy bedroom with kingsize bed, Freeview TV, DVD player and en-suite with shower and toilet. A traditional cottage staircase leads to the first floor where there are two bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed and the second one is has twin 2’ 6" beds. Both bedrooms also have the benefit of charming half bonnet ceilings and picture windows, there is also a family bathroom with bath and toilet. To the side of the Old Dairy and approached by a number of steps is the outside patio area. This delightful space offers lovely sea views and is in an ideal place to relax and entertain.
