The spacious living accommodation on the ground floor is open plan with stripped wood flooring white washed walls and beamed ceiling throughout. The fitted kitchen has an extensive range of units with plenty of work tops and storage areas and is fitted with a range cooker, adjacent to the kitchen area is the dining area with a pine dining table and chairs also a lovely bay window with distant sea views. The living room area has a feature fire place with a wood burner, comfortable furniture, Freeview TV, DVD player and an identical bay window with distant sea views. There is also a compact kitchenette fitted with fridge and combination microwave. The rest of the annex comprises a light and airy bedroom with kingsize bed, Freeview TV, DVD player and en-suite with shower and toilet. Whether you are looking for a week-long holiday or short breaks, Rosevean House is the place for you! The garden is extensive, and the house is set out over two main floors and various levels. There are four bedrooms- two of the double bedrooms take in fantastic views of the bay. There is also a first-floor balcony accessed from the master bedroom with even better views. The living space at Rosevean is simply superb, with a mezzanine living room alongside the fully fitted kitchen with a walk-in larder.
