Beech Lodge is located on the original, established side of the Marina within a gated community. It is set within a quiet and attractively maintained landscaped area and a short walk away from the marina boardwalk and all the amenities that the Marina has to offer.

Being the original show home for the lodge development it is attractively fitted out to a high standard. Patio doors from the living area gives access to our private veranda where you can enjoy outdoor eating and relaxing, overlooking a secluded grassed area with Marina views where you can enjoy observing the birds and other wildlife visitors.

Inside, the lodge is equipped with everything you may need to make your stay enjoyable, including microwave, dishwasher, fibre broadband, Smart TV and fire stick providing access to your own Netflix, Amazon, Amazon music and Disney accounts. The attractive spacious open plan living space provides comfortable seating and dining, overlooking the outside veranda. The appealing layout of the lodge includes two spacious bedrooms, one each side of the central living area. Acacia Lodge is situated on the meadow, overlooking the marina waters with a full-sized double veranda, facing south and west to ensure both day and evening sun. The interior is furnished with oak and leather furniture and has 3 bedrooms with three single beds and a double bedroom that has access to its own large shower and en-suite facilities, and with a baby travel cot. The lodge is approached by a tarmac footpath with a slight incline, thereby removing the need for any steps to access the Lodge or veranda. There is a TV in each room and ipod clock radio for your use. Also, there is a smart DVD player/recorder with internet Wi-Fi for your enjoyment (Wi-Fi codes sold separately), and a 3D 42” TV.
The living/dining/kitchen room includes all the usual appliances, with the added benefit of a separate washing machine and dryer. Built and furnished in November 2021, Erica Lodge is in the secluded Water View area, western side of the marina. The nautical/boating themed property consists of an open planned, spacious lounge and kitchen. Sleeping accommodation consists of king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room, and two twin bedrooms. To complete the accommodation is a sumptuous common bathroom. The property will comfortably host six guests and up to two pets.
The kitchen contains all the mod-cons required for your self-catering needs, and right next to the kitchen is the six-seater dining table looking out to the veranda. Or, you may choose to dine outdoors on the veranda with its own dining table and chairs when the weather suits. In the living area, there are two full sized; three-seater sofas, electric heater stove, coffee table and sideboard.
For your entertainment needs, the lounge provides free superfast fibre broadband, a 43” Smart TV which supports all the popular streaming services (Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ and Apple TV), CD/MP3/DAB player, a Field scope to observe the local wildlife and a range of board games.
