Today Matlock Bath offers a selection of pubs and shops, Arkwright’s Cromford Mill, a World Heritage Site, and Venetian Nights during September and October, which feature decorated and illuminated boats floating along the river. The village boasts a plethora of attractions such as Gulliver’s Kingdom, the Peak District Mining Museum or you can enjoy a ride on the Heights of Abraham cable car where you can take in the views in style.

    Being situated near Matlock, there is direct access from the property to walking trails including the Limestone Way. The splendid Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, and the National Tramway Museum at Crich are all close by or why not take advantage of the fabulous walking around the Derwent Valley and White Peak and cycling at Carsington Water and the High Peak Cycle Trail.
