The Pink House is a luxurious holiday home, renovated in 2020 and set within Branscombe, which is one of the prettiest villages on the East Devon coast, with a cluster of thatched and stone cottages nestled alongside a narrow lane at the bottom of a wooded valley. On entering, guests will love the contemporary open plan living, dining and kitchen areas which are spacious and full of light with a set of bi-fold doors opening out into the garden. The dining area is a great space to enjoy a family meal and after a fun-filled day exploring East Devon, you can kick back on the plush sofas in the living area, relax in front of the wood burner and the watch your favourite movie on the Smart TV with a Sonos sound system. Branscombe boasts a beautiful pebbly beach which is a natural sun trap, and a beautiful coastal path on the Jurassic Coast, just waiting to be explored. The one hour cliffside walk from Branscombe to the quintessential fishing village of Beer is a particular highlight with breathtaking scenery and ocean views. You can explore Heritage coast footpaths from Branscombe and Sidmouth in one direction and Lyme Regis and Seaton in the other. Enjoy freshly caught fish and chips and an ice cream whilst searching for fossils along the Jurassic Coast. It’s based outside the picturesque village Iddesleigh with views to Dartmoor, Exmoor and Bodmin Moors, as well as the private 96 acres of organic land.
