Paignton, EnglandAs you enter Paignton view on the ground floor, the lovely open plan lounge/diner is bright and airy inviting room. With smart TV and comfortable seating, this room runs alongside the well-equipped kitchen with modern lighting. The dining area leads out into the conservatory which overlooks the pleasant lawned garden. A great area for sitting and relaxing with a book or glass of wine after a long day. The garden looks out over Torbay with far stretching distant sea views. On the first floor are the three bedrooms and family bathroom. The family bathroom has bath and shower above and opposite this is the bedroom containing bunk beds, perfect for children.
