Bampton, EnglandSet in the Exe Valley and very accessible from major roads, are these three beautiful properties which all offer the perfect holiday retreat. All or part of the complex can be booked for large groups, parties, or family gatherings. It would make an ideal venue for a wedding, with facilities allowing up to 100 guests to attend, by arrangement.
They each have their individual character including beams and most with wood burners. Duval Priory (ref 9985) dates back to 1086 is also Grade ll listed and enjoys its own private hot tub. Guests can also enjoy the cycle path around the grounds.

If you are not fishing, there is still plenty to do in this lovely part of Devon. Located just outside the regional town of Barnstaple, the cottages are in an ideal location to explore this stunning part of the British Isles. The nearest beach at Instow is ideal for children or just a great place to walk off life’s stresses, and then enjoy a meal or drink at one of the pubs and restaurants along the front.
