The town of Great Torrington is only a short drive away and has most amenities you may require. The larger regional town of Barnstaple has a busy high street, the Pannier Market and famous Butchers Row. For the younger ones a visit to the Big Sheep or Milky Way Adventure Parks is a good option. Wing at Warham (ref UK34716) is a stunning four bedroom cottage which has been lovingly brought up to date with quality fixtures and fittings throughout with comfortable furniture and lovely attention to detail. There is a gorgeous en-suite with clawfoot bath to the large master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe. There are two double bedrooms and a single with a sofa bed upstairs and downstairs you will find the other double bedroom along with a beautifully laid out living/dining room with a snug area where you can sit in front of the wood burner. There is a cosy sofa section where you can curl up and watch your favourite movie or enjoy some fun family times with the games console provided. Originally a 17th-century farmstead, the accommodation has been refurbished to a high standard for up to six guests to enjoy, and the property feels stylish and beautiful with its unique interiors. The barn is attached to the back of the owner’s farmhouse but guests will have private access with their own front door and driveway space, enough for up to four cars.
As you enter, you will be welcomed into the hallway area which has bench seating, a washer/dryer, and is perfect for hanging coats up and kicking off those wellies after a bracing walk in the countryside.
