The views from the Olympic Rings sculpture which was created to celebrate the London 2012 summer Olympics which the Weymouth and Portland Sailing academy was host to the sailing events. The views stretch across the whole of Weymouth and Chesil Beach.
The property is within easy walking distance to Church Ope Cove, a small, secluded beach on the sheltered eastern side of the Isle of Portland, perfect for swimming or relaxing on the beach. Also, within easy walking distance of local shops, pubs, restaurants and takeaways, and just a few minutes away is a local play area for sitting out and relaxing or enjoying a picnic. Water sports, sailing, swimming, canoeing, boating, fishing, horse riding and the scenic coastal walking are all available within easy walking/driving distance.

If you are looking to venture further afield you can visit the historic County Town of Dorchester, where you will find restaurants, pubs, shops, and museums. Poole Harbour is an approx. 45-minute drive, this is the second largest natural harbour in the world and home to the famous Brownsea Island where you need to keep an eye out for the red squirrel.
