    On the edge of the village of Hogsthorpe, close to Chapel St Leonards and the beach, this detached bungalow enjoys open views from the conservatory across the fields where you can sit back and relax. There is plenty to see and do for all the family in the area, with the North Sea Observatory at Chapel St Leonards on the beach, which is well worth a visit. The traditional seaside resort of Skegness is just along the coast, as is Fantasy Island at Ingoldmells with its huge funfair and market. Gibraltar Point nature reserve is approximately a 30-minute drive away to the south of Skegness, and inland there are the market towns of Alford, Louth and Horncastle to explore. If you are bringing your dog on holiday there is an enclosed area to the rear, and the large kitchen/dining room provides a great space for all the family to be together at meal times. Salters Cottage (ref E5045), Chestnut Cottage (ref E5626) and Granary Cottage (ref E5626) are two-storey terraced cottages, and Field View (ref UKC2304) is a detached, single-storey barn conversion. Internally, these properties have been superbly converted and beautifully furnished and decorated.
    Set close to the River Steeping, at the edge of the owners’ 80-acre arable farm, which guests are free to explore, there is the bonus of free river fishing within the grounds (license required). On the fringe of Wainfleet All Saints, and within a short walk, is a famous brewery which offers tours, an on-site pub and a bistro, these properties are perfect for exploring the area. Wainfleet All Saints is a quaint market town with an array of shops, pubs, restaurant and a railway station. The traditional seaside resort of Skegness is just 5 miles away, and has a lovely sandy beach and family entertainment, including the Fantasy Island theme park. The National Trust properties of Gunby Hall and Tattershall Castle are within easy driving distance.
