1 mile from an unspoilt sandy beach, this spacious cottage is only on one level and offers good sized accommodation including a games room with a pool table. There is a good sized lawned garden for all to enjoy to the rear along with a large lawned area to one side. Situated close to Huttoft beach, perfect for both summer seaside holidays and relaxing winter escapes. Anderby Creek is also close by and boasts the UKs first cloud observation deck.

Visitors can enjoy watching the seals at Donna Nook, and cycling, walking, golf, and birdwatching are all popular pastimes locally. Situated just 9 miles from the centre of Stamford, the home of the World-Famous Burghley Horse Trials, and 11 miles from Peterborough, this is also an excellent touring base with the area boasting many good country pubs and tea rooms on your travels for refreshment with good walks and cycle routes from your door.
